Tia: you're quite tired, aren't you?
Russ: yeah, I'm very tired actually, yes.
Tia: hmm, like some people, you've also been burning
the candle at both ends, haven't you?
Russ: it's Christmas. It's just an excuse to spend
money. To charge people outrageous prices for the
things they weren't sure they should have been
charged for in the first place.
Tia: uh-huh, and what's the remedy to that?
Russ: someone's got to stop it and that someone
should be me.
Tia: exactly. What is that Christmas thing, what's
it all about?
Russ: it's all about a celebration of the seasons,
the change of seasons.
Tia: I thought it was somebody's birthday.
Russ: oh, that's just to appease those folks. They
had to kill off because their religion didn't work
with a religion that was growing at the time. So
they had to make up a bunch of stories that would
appease everyone.
Tia: a certain individual that once was.
Russ: right.
Tia: like they would say that you are John the
Baptist. How about Russ the Baptist?
Russ: that works. Well for example, it couldn't have
been December twenty-fifth that he had his birthday.
When Sananda was born.
Tia: I thought the Lord was coming down onto your
planet?
Russ: that's what I mean. But the shepherds weren't
even in the fields in December. They don't do
farming in December in Israel. So how could the
shepherds be looking out for the star that happens
to appear on December twenty-fifth, they weren't
even there?
Tia: no, I think you are referring to the four wise
man?
Russ: right, three wise man who saw Jesus Christ.
Basically yeah.
Tia: why did you say Jesus Christ like that?
Russ: they saw Jesus Christ, that's right. No, this
picture on this CD that.......
Tia: hmm, got a very unflattering nose.
Russ: it's even worse on this side.
Tia: oh well.
Russ: right, okay, see if we can wake up Carrie?
Tia: yeah, give it a try.
Russ: wake up, wake up Carrie.
Tia: what time is it there?
Russ: it's eleven.
Tia: poor Carrie, up real late. And Karra tried to
get through to remind you and you weren't listening.
(Speaking to Carrie on the phone)
Russ: good morning. I did too, nine o'clock. Eight?
Was it eight o'clock? Oh, thought it was nine. I'm
sorry, I have my times all mixed up.
Tia: he's got cloth ears.
Russ: channeling session as usual. Yeah, you're dead
tired, you're going to sleep, you're out of here.
No, you're awake? Oh, good girl.
Tia: Carrie took a nap.
Russ: oh. Jolene never showed up so we
never.........
Tia: Jolene's sister's in town.
Russ: she said she was coming......
Tia: her sister's in town.
Russ: oh, Jolene's sister's in town?
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: you talk to her.
Tia: yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, well......
Carrie: hey guys.
Tia: what?
Russ: it hanged up.
Tia: it didn't hang up.
Carrie: Tia?
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: is that you?
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: hi.
Tia: hey.
Carrie: how are you?
Tia: wide-eyed, bushy tailed, pointed eared,
playful. Come on sister mine, what's up?
Carrie: hang on one second, let me turn on the TV so
I don't wake up Mike.
Tia: oh.
Carrie: huh?
Tia: oh, okay.
Carrie: have you seen our new place?
Tia: yes, it's nice, it's long.
Carrie: hey.....
Tia: what?
Carrie: it is, it's really long.
Tia: it's got wheels on it.
Russ: does it?
Tia: no, I'm just teasing.
Carrie: oh, does it?
Tia: no, I haven't been underneath it.
Carrie: oh, I can't see the wheels.
Russ: oh.
Carrie: yeah, I think it does have wheels underneath
it.
Tia: well, I'm not that clever at doing that sort of
thing.
Carrie: there is something I've been meaning to ask
you.
Tia: okay.
Russ: wait, wait, what me to leave the room?
Carrie: no.
Russ: oh, okay.
Carrie: I've already told you Russ.
Russ: oh yeah, that's right, never mind. I'm going
to make some tea anyway.
Carrie: a great big, big favor.
Tia: okay, what is it?
Carrie: so, Mike and I are talking about having a
baby.
Tia: uh-huh. You want me to come over and make sure
everything's all right?
Carrie: oh yeah, of course.
Tia: I'll try.
Carrie: wait, I wanted to ask if it's a girl if I
could name it Tia Briane?
Tia: ohhh, yes!!!
(We hear Tia sniffle from sudden tears)
Carrie: you don't mind?
Tia: not in the slightest.
Carrie: are you okay?
Tia: yeah, I'm fine, I'm just.....
(Russ chuckles in the background)
Tia: I'm just shocked. Nobody's done that to me
before.
Carrie: yeah, I think Tia is a beautiful and perfect
name.
Tia: thank you.
Carrie: I wanted to ask your permission before I
went ahead and did it.
Tia: oh thank you, thank you.
Russ: if it's a boy, are you going to call it Russ?
Carrie: I don't think so.
(Everybody laughs)
Carrie: that's another thing that you guys are going
to have to do too is help me think of a boy's name
if it's a boy.
Russ: how about Mike?
Carrie: no.
Russ: oh.
Carrie: I want something original than calling him
Mike Junior.
Russ: all right.
Carrie: Mike the Second.
Russ: good boy's name, how about.........?
Carrie: well, we've still got a year.
Tia: okay.
Carrie: because I was at the doctors yesterday and
I'm not pregnant.
Tia: uh-huh, I knew that.
Carrie: huh?
Tia: I knew that.
Carrie: yeah, you'd be able to tell.
Tia: uh-huh, be able to tell by your glow.
Carrie: oh yeah, huh.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: well I'm kind of really glad but I was kind
of disappointed that I wasn't in a way, but I'm kind
of glad because then that way I'm not thinking, "oh
God, what did I do the last two months to my body?
Is this going to affect the child", you know? That
way I know I can clean myself up now.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: I can get ready and prepare myself to have a
child.
Tia: that's good, that's good. I'll start coming
over more often. I've been slacking off a little
bit.
Carrie: that's okay, so do I.
Tia: oh.
Carrie: you know that, right?
Tia: yeah. I do occasionally turn the monitor on to
you when I'm working and see what you're up to.
Carrie: I'm starting to get better though.
Tia: oh yeah, I know you're getting better because
it shows you've got your color, picture of you and
then you've got a miniature aura around you that we
see. So we know if you're being good or bad.
Carrie: kind of like Santa?
Tia: uh-huh. Who's Santa?
Carrie: you guys haven't told her who Santa is yet?
Russ: we're still trying to figure out the Jesus
Christ part, okay? I mean.....
Tia: yeah, just before Russ called you we were
discussing this Christmas thingy.
Russ: got your tree yet?
Carrie: no. But Jesus Christ was Sananda, right?
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: okay, did they explain to you who Jesus
Christ is?
Tia: uh-huh. Yeah, I know that. That's why I'm
having difficulty of all this financial fiscal
spending that everybody does. Santa doesn't want
that.
Carrie: really, actually, Christmas has been totally
commercialized in the last probably twenty years. I
mean, I don't know, it started..............you
know, it makes me sad too because when I have my
child I want to instill in it to know what Christmas
is about. Not that it's just about getting presents
and receiving, you know?
Tia: well, it will grow up in a nice, healthy
environment where metaphysical abilities are the
norm.
Carrie: exactly and I want to see that too.
Tia: of course.
Carrie: because, I don't know, I don't know if you
know this Tia but I met a priest.....
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: minister?
Tia: oh yes.
Carrie: at my work?
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: and his name is Jack and I was talking to
him, it was kind of ironic because we both worked on
a Saturday and we worked in the same department and
so we got a chance to talk for the first time.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: and I've really connected to this guy before
we had talked. You know like, I really wanted to
talk to him.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: and so he started asking me about my beliefs
and everything and I wasn't afraid to tell him, you
know? I just told him straight out how I felt and he
asked me if I believed in God and I said, "yeah, I
believe in God but I don't believe in the God that
everybody else portrays him to be. I don't believe
in the cruel hate, you know hateful, angry, negative
God that he's going to send me to hell if I sin, you
know? And we talked about that and he said, "you
really don't believe that?" I said, "no I don't". He
said, "well, how do you know he's not?" And I said,
"well I just know in my heart, mine's not". And he
kept asking me how I knew if my beliefs were true
and I told him. And he goes, "well, do you have any
proof?" And I said, "yes I do" and he says, "well"
and he says something about to explain the proof to
him. And I said," well that would take a few more
hours and we don't have that".
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: that might take a couple days.
Tia: or a couple weeks.
Carrie: I told him, I said, "I know it's true".
Tia: uh-huh. Well you could say to him next time is
you could explain about your illnesses to him and
how that they were cured by the energy that was
channeled through you by using your mind.
Carrie: see, I thought about that too, you know and
I thought about just getting really deep with him
but it was kind of hard because we were at work.
Tia: oh yeah, I understand. I sometimes try to get
into philosophical debates with those people that I
work with and we don't have the time.
Carrie: yeah, but it was really neat though because
it was almost like the stimulating conversations
that I strive for?
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: you know, conflict.
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: I strive for that and here, I don't know,
I'm sure you know what I've been going through.
Tia: oh yes.
Carrie: hell.
Tia: yes, all those.......what's the word, those
cannibals that want to eat your beliefs and change
you to make you like them?
Carrie: yeah.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: and they don't believe in anything here.
Tia: no.
Carrie: they don't believe in anything. I mean, I
have never met so many people that are so alike that
in my life and it's just really weird because it
feeds on my emotions though right now I'm trying to
build my emotions.......
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: to be stronger because like I was trying to
explain to Jolene, I grew up in a very negative
world, a very angry, violent world?
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: but that's all I understood at the time.
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: and now, I've got to fill my world with
positive light.......
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: a light made from joy and happiness? I can't
comprehend the negative anymore.
Tia: hmmmm.....
Carrie: it's hard for me to deal with because now
I'm surrounded by it everywhere I go.
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: because these people they're, they're with
their spouses for no reason. I mean, everybody I
talk to hates their significant other.
Tia: really?
Carrie: yeah. You know and it's really strange you
know because like Dan and Sherry are friends....
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: they have a really negative relationship and
they love each other though and we're trying to help
them....
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: because they're like the only people we've
met out here that actually have hope in that way.
Tia: uh-huh. Don't forget Miss Missionary, you have
a lot of work to do on spreading good energy and
getting people to understand each other.
Carrie: I know. We'll see, I know that.....
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: but I've got to start on myself first before
I can even think about other people because I'll do
them no good.
Tia: yeah. Somebody else should hear that comment.
Carrie: Mark or Russ?
Tia: Mark.
Carrie: well I think we kind of talked about that
last week.
Tia: hmm.
Carrie: sounds like something we discussed but it
might not of, I might have been talking to Jolene.
Tia: I don't know, when did you talk to him?
Carrie: on the phone about a week ago.
Tia: well if he did, he didn't tell me.
Carrie: really?
Tia: I'll have to go back to the apartment and beat
him severely.
(Carrie starts laughing)
Carrie: please don't.
Tia: I'll beat him, beat him within an inch of his
life.
Carrie: talked about quite a few things. I was
surprised because Mark and I usually don't talk on
the phone.
Tia: well maybe you caught him at a good point?
Carrie: well it was when Russ was away, he was at
the Grateful Dead concert?
Tia: that would've been.....
Russ: Monday.
Carrie: Wednesday night I think.
Russ: it would've been Monday, yeah.
Tia: I don't know, don't look at me.
Russ: it was Monday.
Tia: well, it was good to get him to talk because
sometimes he won't talk about his problems. He'll
talk about something else like work or his aircraft.
Carrie: he did most of the talking but I don't know,
maybe something like the, you know....
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: you know, sometimes that happens....
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: when you think of things and somebody else
has a problem you go, "wow, that just answered my
question and my problem".
Tia: uh-huh. Yeah, I think Mark's problem is that he
bottles up his emotions too much.
Carrie: yeah, yeah he does.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: you can see that in him.
Tia: yes, that upbringing of his in that funny
country of his.
(Carrie chuckles)
Carrie: that funny country.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: God, I miss you guys so much.
Tia: hey, I'm going to try and get over more than
twice a week. I'm going to try to get over three or
four times a week.
Carrie: well I hope so, I've been having some
strange dreams.
Tia: oh, that's good, that's a start.
Carrie: the last few nights have been really weird.
Tia: yeah, you should've had one on Sunday night,
Sunday of your night? That would be......
Carrie: that was the night I had one about me and
Mike. It was so weird, did you see it?
Tia: well, is that the one where you were chasing
after each other?
Carrie: yeah. Oh my God, do you know what happened?
It was just a strange thing. I was in the garage, in
this one garage and I was laying on this ground with
Mike and we were kissing?
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: and all of a sudden he walked in and he saw
me kissing him but but like it was almost I was
cheating on him but I was cheating on him with him.
And it was the strangest thing.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: and then I ran after him out of the garage
and he was sitting out on a log and he was shaking
his head and he was laughing. I said, "what's
wrong?" And he said," I knew this would happen" and
I said, "well what you mean, you know?" And he said,
"well my dad told me it would happen". And I said,
"your dad?" Well, Mike doesn't know his dad very
well.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: he's not a part of the family in any way.
And I said, "your dad, what do you mean your dad?"
And his dad was Troy's dad in my dream? And well his
dad had apparently told him that I was going to end
up leaving him for somebody else, you know?
Tia: hmm.
Carrie: and I kept apologizing to him telling him I
was really sorry and this and that and I went
running out in the backyard, he came chasing after
me and then he grabbed me and that's all I remember.
Tia: you woke up, right?
Carol yeah.
Tia: hmm.
Carrie: it was the strangest thing because I felt
guilty but I was kissing him, you know?
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: but he caught me and it was like, "wait a
minute, what's going on here", you know? I was
wondering about it.
Tia: that's an interesting paradox there.
Carrie: I've been thinking about it a lot thinking
what does it mean, you know?
Tia: have you talked over it with Mike?
Carrie: yeah, we talked about it and the funniest
thing is most of the dreams I have about him is him
hurting me.
Tia: hmmm.
Carrie: I don't know why, but I've always had dreams
about him hurting me.
Tia: it sounds like a fear of him leaving you.
Carrie: well yeah, we talked about that and he knows
about my dreams of him hurting me every night when I
have one like that.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: I tell him about it. You know, because this
is something that is very open between us. He knows
about them. This is the very first time I ever had a
dream where I hurt him.
Tia: yeah. I'm thinking here maybe your dreams
before are reverse dreams.
Carrie: where I hurt him?
Tia: well, where he hurts you but in actual fact
you're hurting him.
Carrie: uh-huh.
Tia: that's an interesting concept. Hmm, I have to
dwell on that. I'll tell you what, I'll put on the
doctor........
Carrie: okay.
Tia: okay? And thank you, thank you, thank you.
Carrie: one more thing.
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: and Russ, you'll be proud to hear this too,
I got another job since I'm getting laid off in a
week.
Russ: good.
Carrie: and I start January third as a certified
nurse's aide.
Tia: oohhhhhh!!!!!
(Russ claps)
Carrie: talk about a test of my emotions.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: well they pay for your schooling and
everything and they pay you to go to school.
Tia: oohhhh.
Carrie: so it's only a six week course but I'll be
licensed.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: and it's only five dollars an hour but I can
always work somewhere else.
Tia: oh certainly. I mean, once you have the
experience, then the sky's the limit as a nurse's
aide.
Carrie: so I was really excited about that. I found
that out last night and it's so good for me too
because now I won't be working in the factory and my
body won't be hurting as much.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: and I'll be working with people and I'll be
learning more about other people because I'll be
working with people that are elderly that have been
through a lot.
Tia: and you'll be able to use your healing ability
even without them knowing it.
Carrie: exactly. That too and it will be a good test
where my abilities are the best.....
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: are basically in healing and emotions of
people, things like that. It's going to be hard
though because they're old and I get attached to
things, people.......
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: very easily and you expect them to die.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: you know, but since I know death pretty
well, it shouldn't be too much of a problem because
I know it will be a good passing instead of it won't
be a bad thing. But it will just be hard, you know?
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: I think it's going to be a great challenge.
Tia: oh it will be an incredible challenge and if
everything goes the way that you want it to, you'll
be much, much stronger.
Carrie: oh, and also, is there a kitty heaven?
Tia: of course there is.
Carrie: my mom had her cat put to sleep tonight.
Tia: oh.
Carrie: yeah, I thought there might.
Tia: yes, cats go to a place where they wait rebirth
and then they're reborn again as cats and they
slowly work their way up their ladder of
consciousness.
Carrie: hmm. Well that's good to know because I said
a prayer to them tonight.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: we had him for seven years but he was really
sick.
Tia: yeah. We have a cat in the apartment, a
Pegasus.
Carrie: don't tell me he has wings.
Tia: no, he does fly from time to time though.
Especially when he does things in the corner that
he's not meant to.
Carrie: ohh. You have cats up there that do that?
Well I guess, yeah, huh.
Tia: all cats do that.
Carrie: I meant, I don't know what I meant.
Tia: I know what you meant. Even fifth dimensional
cats can be still very...........well at least they
clean up after themselves, they bury things.
Carrie: oh, and if he explained to you Christmas, my
grandma sent me a Christmas book....
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: I'll try and get some copies that explains
to you about Christmas.
Tia: okay.
Carrie: so I can send it to you and that way you'll
know how Santa Claus fits into all this.
Tia: ahhh, you see, Santa Claus was never mentioned
to me before.
Carrie: oh really?
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: well he's the one who delivers all the
gifts.
Tia: oohhhhh.
Carrie: big, fat, jolly guy, wears a red and white
suit.
Tia: I thought that was Sananda that gave all the
gifts.
Carrie: I don't think so.
Tia: somebody's been leading me astray.
Carrie: no.
Russ: wasn't me.
Carrie: it was Santa Claus that gives away the
gifts. Jesus Christ was born on Christmas Day.....
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: but somehow they created I guess gave the
gifts on Christmas day?
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: well St. Nick kind of took from that...
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: years and years ago and he started giving
gifts to the needy children on Christmas Day?
Tia: St. Nick, who's St. Nick?
Carrie: that's Santa Claus, that's his name. His
name is St. Nick.
Tia: oh, so he's got more than one name.
Carrie: uh-huh.
Tia: hmmm.
Carrie: I'm not sure about his full name. It's
Nicholas something but they called him St. Nick.
Russ: I thought it was Kris Kringle?
Tia: who's Kris Kringle?
Carrie: that's it, Kris Kringle. Okay, so there's
three names. Kris Kringle, St. Nick and Santa Claus.
Tia: hmm.
Carrie: so he used to give gifts to the needy
children and stuff.......
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: and it just became a really big tradition.
Christmas tree and stuff and the lights and
everything, I don't know where all that came from. I
guess it was just a symbol because you had to have
somewhere to put the Christmas star on top of the
tree.
Tia: uh-huh. I think it's a pagan symbol, a
Christmas tree. That I have discussed.
Carrie: why does it does that?
Tia: because it's something to do with Germanic
tribes. I discussed it with Mark a couple weeks ago.
Carrie: really?
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: huh.
Tia: uh-huh. Anyway, I'm going to put on the doctor.
Carrie: okay.
Tia: okay? And I'll be back in a few.
Carrie: okay.
Russ: nice job on the room.
Tia: oh, thank you. You want to tell Carrie?
Russ: oh yeah, Carrie.
Carrie: yes?
Russ: Tia and Kiri put red and green and white
streamers all over the living room.
(Carrie laughs)
Russ: it's very Christmasy.
Carrie: well it's better than what we had last year.
Russ: I'll grant you that.
Carrie: you guys needed that little touch. You're
sitting too far away from the phone Russ, I can't
hear you lately.
Russ: oh sorry, I'll move up.
Carrie: I miss you.
Russ: I miss you too darling.

takes over to get us to the end of the side)
Karra: hi, greetings.
Carrie: how are you?
Karra: fine thank you, and yourself?
Carrie: I'm great, well, I'm doing better.
Karra: you sound better in your voice.
Carrie: huh?
Karra: you sound better in your voice.
Carrie: thank you, I feel better.
Karra: now what's this I hear about a slight stomach
problem?
Carrie: I'm not. I went to the doctor yesterday.
Karra: uh-huh. Yes, Tia told me all about that.
Carrie: uh-huh. So, I don't get my test results back
for another two or three weeks.
Karra: oh.
Carrie: but I know I'm clean.
Karra: that's good.
Carrie: and I thought I was pregnant but no.
Karra: uh-huh, it was just upset stomach, right?
Carrie: well, I went off of the chemical therapy
about two months ago.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and I haven't started my period.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: so it's just to be on the safe side.
Karra: yeah. That's normal for your period to
reestablish its proper cycle. It takes some time,
sometimes.
Carrie: yeah, I figured as much especially since I
was on the pill......
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: straight for like four months without a
period.
Karra: yeah.
Carrie: God knows what my body is creating in there.
Karra: yes, doing something very interesting.
Carrie: I'm not real sure but maybe it's getting
ready for the process of having a baby. It knows
more than I do.
Karra: uh-huh. Maybe what you might call a super
operant baby.
Carrie: what's that?
Karra: a baby that has all the abilities fully
developed at birth.
Carrie: oh wow. That would be kind of intense.
Karra: uh-huh. It does happen up here from time to
time.
Carrie: that would be cool.
Karra: yeah, it would be.
Carrie: so how can I keep my mom from panicking? My
mom is just........I mean she does not want me to
have a kid. I called her the other day to tell her
the good news that Mike and I had discussed it and
we want to have a child?
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and she just gets so mad, she starts crying
and yelling and screaming at me and it hurts.
Karra: well it's because she believes the prophecy.
Carrie: she thinks I'm going to die.
Karra: you're not, you're not going to die just yet.
Carrie: huh?
Karra: you're not going to die for many years.
Carrie: I told her that, she doesn't believe me.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: because I tell her you know, "mom, I'm not
going to have a child to die, you know? I'm having a
child so I can grow up with it".
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: so I can be there for it and be there with
it.
Karra: all's you have to do is tell her that by
having a child, you temporarily stop the problem.
Carrie: see, I told her that she said, "why do you
want to have a child so badly?" And I said, "because
mom, I can't handle this anymore, I just can't. I
can't handle the endometriosis". I can handle it but
I don't want to.
Karra: oh, I understand.
Carrie: you know, my body is in so much pain every
day.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and it's problems that every day I deal with
it and I don't want to do that anymore.
Karra: well, having a little one around would be
able to rejuvenate you in a way.
Carrie: yeah, that too.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: that too.
Karra: and to be able to share so much love and to
shape and fashion a little individual into an adult
and watch them grow and to become strong and
resilient like their mother and be able to put all
the wrongs right that you did to make sure that the
child is having the best of life but yet does not
become conceited or arrogant or rude or
self-centered.
Carrie: yes. See, that's what I want to do and I
can't really tell my mom that.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: because then she'll say, "what, did I raise
you wrong?" You know because I want to change
everything that happened to me as a child.
Karra: oh, that's understandable.
Carrie: I want to build a loving home. I want to

is based now, every single one of my family members.
It's so weird. I sit and think about it sometimes
and I think my family's so self-destructive and they
try to destroy everything in their path. And they're
so negative and they're so hateful.
Karra: okay.

Carrie: what do you think?
Karra: I think it's a good idea.
Carrie: I think so too, I'm really excited.
Karra: as you might say, it's a groovy idea.
Carrie: it's a groovy idea, that's a word they
haven't brought out here to the Midwest yet, I
should use that.
Karra: Tia's suggesting what about rad and gnarly?
Carrie: what?
Karra: Tia is suggesting rad and gnarly.

Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: if they heard me use those and they look at
me like I'm alien. People here are strange, I'm
telling you. They're really weird. I think I was
telling somebody last week, I think the Midwest is
the congregation of the total, absolute, third
dimensional being.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: it is, it's got to be. They all congregate
here and they don't spread out.
Karra: and what is your mission?
Carrie: I guess just press some light into these
people's lives......
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: to help them learn to love themselves and to
like people they're around and help them become more
of a person that they really are.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: these people are so scared of being
themselves it makes them weird.
Karra: yes, Russ was thinking something about a
mission impossible?
Carrie: no, nothing's impossible for me, Russ, you
know that.
Russ: that's true.
Karra: yes, what's it? "If you wish to accept this
mission".
Carrie: do I wish to accept it?
Karra: well, it's up to you.
Carrie: I've got to, I'm here now.
Karra: yeah, that's right.
Carrie: I'm not giving up, I never have.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: well, maybe in another life I did.
Karra: but you can't give up this time.
Carrie: no. I know, it's a challenge.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: it's almost becoming fun.
Karra: yes. I took a trip home to Sirius about a
month ago and Russ learned a very valuable lesson.
Carrie: what was that?
Karra: that coming up to sixth dimension is not a
dead certain. You have to follow through with what
you've got to do.
Carrie: uh-huh.
Karra: and you've got to complete your mission and a
few other things first before you can get up here.
But you've got the biggest chance that you've had in
many lives to get up here this time.
Carrie: you know, I feel that.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: I really do. Mike and I were discussing it
the other day because I don't know, I'm sure you
heard when I was talking to Tia about that priest I
was talking to?
Karra: uh-huh. Yes, I was sitting in the background
taking notes about your medical inclination.
Carrie: what's that?
Karra: well, about you being able to channel energy,
knowing how to channel energy now.
Carrie: oh.
Karra: it's on that tape, you know.
Carrie: which one?
Karra: the healing one.
Carrie: oh, you know what? I don't listen to it, you
know why?
Karra: why?
Carrie: my Walkman. Every time I put new batteries
in it my Walkman sucks them up.
Karra: ohh.
Carrie: and I can't listen to it in the car because
I'll fall asleep.
Karra: yes, it is......
Carrie: I don't have a tape deck yet.
Russ: you know what, Carrie? Doesn't that Walkman
have a DC converter yet?
Carrie: no, it doesn't. When we get our bed, because
Mike got this new job......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: uh-huh.
Carrie: it's supposed to be starting as a $5000 job
and when he gets that we're going to pay off all our
bills. Hopefully it will only be a couple more
weeks.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: I hope.
Karra: Russ has your address, correct?
Carrie: yeah. So I sent you guys a Christmas card.
Russ: oh, thank you dear.
Karra: that's kind of you.
Carrie: huh?
Karra: that's kind of you. I'll be able to see it
through Russ's eyes.
Carrie: yeah, I sent it.
Russ: oh, I thought you sent it to Karra.
(Karra plays along with the joke)
Karra: she did, I got it in the mail the other day.
Carrie: oh sure. Please, I'd send her a Christmas
card but they don't celebrate Christmas. So, can I
ask you a question? I don't know if you can answer
this.
Karra: okay.
Carrie: is Sananda, does he like change in any way
during Christmas time or does it faze him or do you
know?
Karra: no, to him it's like any other day. He's had
so many lives that one special life to him is like
many other special lives. And he remembers each ones
and he remembers being crucified. He remembers many,
many different things.
Carrie: so, was he like, I mean I know he's a very
important guy but was he that important through most
of his lives? To each I guess you would say
dimension or each forcible(?) that he went through?
Karra: I know so little about Sananda. I know a lot
but out of that it's probably less than 1% that I
know about him. All's I know is that he's a level
nine.....
Carrie: wow.
Karra: goodness knows how many lives he's had. His
last life where he assumed a shape for more than two
years was when he was born as Jesus Christ. And
that's what? Two thousand years ago?
Russ: yeah.
Carrie: he was thirty-three......
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: when they crucified him.
Karra: yeah.
Carrie: I believe that's the age.
Karra: yes.
Carrie: I feel such a desire to know more about him.
Karra: hmm.
Carrie: it's so strange, I don't know why.
Karra: Mark probably knows as much as I do because
he set a computer program running to find out about
Sananda?
Carrie: really?
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: but like, can anybody become friends with
him?
Karra: he is friends with everyone. He's just a
very, very busy individual. He has to be in many,
many different places and we won't see him again for
another 9 1/2 years.
Carrie: I'll be there.
Karra: okay. So that would be the year 2004?
Carrie: okay, it's a date.
Karra: okay, 2004, how does June the first sound?
Carrie: huh?
Karra: June

Carrie: okay.
Karra: okay?
Carrie: June

Karra: okay, make a note of that Russ.
Russ: it's noted.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: oh, and I was talking to that priest the
other day......
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: because he had asked me about my father.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and I told him a little bit about my dad and
I told him I said, "well, I believe that it's okay
if he doesn't get it right in this life because my
dad has very few years left in this life but it's
okay if he doesn't get it right in this life, I
believe he will get it right in the next one".
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and he said, "so, basically what you're
saying is that this life isn't as important to you
that if you screw up this life you can go ahead and
throw it away because you'll have a next".
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and I said, "no, that's not what I said it
all". And he said, "yeah, that's basically what you
said" and I said, "no". I said, "this life to me is
the most important life I've got". I said, "because
I'm poor and I'm with you now".
Karra: that's right.
Carrie: and I had never really thought about it that
way, you know? But I guess kind of the way I said it
I almost made it sound like that?
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: but then, you know I do believe it because
if my father doesn't have a chance in this life to
learn, to learn from this life in the next one.....
Karra: that's correct.
Carrie: you know? And I truly believe that and this
one to me is so important. Like I was talking to
Mike about the conversation with him later.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: this life to me is so important because I
feel it, I'm tired of being here.
Karra: that's right. You have to remember each life
for each individual is the most important life that
they have because all their lives before that are in
the past. This life that they're living now, Russ,
Mark, Mike, you, Jolene, your priest friend, it's
all their most important life that they must do all
the right things.
Carrie: because it will make better choices in this
one.
Karra: that's right.
Carrie: and that's what I feel but you know, all my
life it's kind of strange even when I was younger
and I didn't know much about this?
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: I used to tell my mom I was really tired
because she used to say, "how can you be tired,
you're so young?" And I said, "but no mom, I'm
tired, don't you understand?" And I didn't know how
to explain it until I was about eighteen years old
and I sat down and I said, "mom, my soul is tired".
Karra: yeah.
Carrie: my soul hurts, I don't want to be here
anymore. And she would say, "well how do you know
that?" And I said, "well, I just know in my heart".
Karra: it's like a crying out for rest. A feeling
that if you were to lie down and be able to sleep
indefinitely.
Carrie: that's what I thought it was saying.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: but now I know it's not that.
Karra: no, that is the first symptoms.
Carrie: yeah, and that's what I thought it was.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and I told her that. I said, "I want to lay
my soul to rest. I want to be able to put it down
and say,"now it's time for me to rest".
Karra: but it's much more than that. It's a craving
for new adventure.
Carrie: for knowledge.
Karra: that's right. The thirst for knowledge, the
adventure of the next level.
Carrie: exactly. Because in the next level I won't
hurt.
Karra: that's right.
Carrie: because I can control it.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and I'll know more. And now I can explain
that to her. Now I understand what I meant when I
said that when I was so young.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: because now I know it's not. Because she
asked me one time, she said, "well.........."

Karra: there is a lesson right there you have to
learn is what happened in this life is to be
smiled and laughed at. Sort of like, "yeah, yeah,
that was funny". Oh well, so that was very
negative and bad but I've learned from it. And
what have I learned?
Carrie: yeah. See, that's like what I'm learning
right now.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and I don't know. This might sound kind of
corny but I told Mark this last week and he thinks
I have it pretty right on the dot.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: so I think it was Omal I asked about why I
couldn't remember anything about Atlantis.......
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and he told me it would all come in due
time. And all of a sudden I got this really weird
vision that this is kind of like Mike and I are
reliving Atlantis.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: I kind of feel like that like because you
guys are still back there in your old team. You're
still together, you're still connecting physically
and mentally.........
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and then all of a sudden Mike and I just
kind of left.....
Karra: yeah.
Carrie: left everything and we took off
like........you know the way I imagine it is like
we were in Atlantis and we took off you know with
our sacks on our backs and we went walking through
desert.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and instead this time we had a motor
vehicle to drive but......
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: kind of the same thing.
Karra: yeah.
Carrie: not that we were like we were missionaries
back then but we either didn't accomplish our
mission or we died.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and now we're reliving again because you
guys are all still together. It's like maybe we're
all.........because I know we're all connected as
souls........
Karra: yeah. You're a group of souls or we're a
group of souls that travel together many, many
times.
Carrie: yeah, so Mike and I just kind of up and
left that.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: you know I think this might be a very
good........that it has something to do with like
reliving Atlantis to see if we can actually
accomplish our mission this time.
Karra: well, it is possible that you're reliving
the last great opportunity that you had to ascend.
Carrie: that too.
Karra: so if you had the opportunity at Atlantis
to ascend to a higher dimension and you miffed it,
fluffed it up and you're getting the opportunity
again now to put right all those mistakes that you
made then.
Carrie: maybe this is the last big mistake that I
made that I'm reliving so that I can do it right
again and then I'll get it right and then I can go
on.
Karra: and then the question is what was the
mistake?
Carrie: I don't know.
Karra: I can't tell you.
Carrie: I got to figure that out.
Karra: that's right.
Carrie: it might take a while but that's okay, I
don't mind living this life right now, I really
enjoy it.
Karra: okay, I'm going to hand back to Tia now.
Carrie: okay wait, one more thing.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: before you go.

Carrie: when I talked to Jolene after the last
session you guys had with her......
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: well, I know that you guys were really
worried about me?
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and I know that everybody up there and
everybody at the house was really worried about
me?
Karra: we won't tell Jolene that we we're worried
about you in the future, I'm sorry.
Carrie: no, you didn't have to tell her.......
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: I know it from just, she didn't say a lot,
actually she didn't have to.
Karra: yeah.
Carrie: you know, I can read Jolene like a book
and I knew that you guys were just almost
concerned?
Karra: yeah.
Carrie: no, don't blame Jolene because it was not
her.
Karra: okay. Well, we don't blame her.
Carrie: but.......
Karra: we'll blame anyone.
Carrie: I know that you guys are worried about me
and you don't have to be because I've always been
one to fall on my face and pick myself back up.
Karra: hey you've got to remember, I'm a healer, I
worry about everybody.
Carrie: I know.

so worn out from twin babies. Because one would
want to eat and the other one would want to sleep.

Carrie: or one would want to sleep and the other
would want to play.

Carrie: she said, "they're great, they're
wonderful" but I don't know if I can handle kids
just yet.
Tia: well it's when they start playing and they're
rolling around on the floor fighting with each
other in fun that it gets really hectic. You try
to grab a foot to get hold of one and you find out
that the foot belongs to another one. It's trying
to untangle them and so on.
Carrie: well, I don't know,
Tia: well, I think we better........I'm getting
concerned about their telephone bill.
Carrie: oh, speaking of telephone bills.
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: I just called into my true USA true
awards?
Tia: uh-huh.
Carrie: I got over three thousand miles. I can fly
my whole family out here.

for little while, for a week.
Carrie: we can't afford it.

monitors down there, she had moisture in Mark's
eyes too.
Russ: it's a beautiful present.

Karra: yes. We're going to finish up decorating
that end of the bedroom.

it all painted and everything.

out of the children's room.

Karra: well, I spend more time down at my office,
my laboratory.

Russ: now when she's talking about reliving
Atlantis, I'm taking notes as furiously as I can
here about questions coming in and what is it that
is so symbolic? I mean for example, the coming
event......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: that Omal's talking about. Is that like a
symbolic equivalent of what happened to Atlantis?
Karra: quite possibly, yes.
Russ: to a lesser extent.
Karra: oh, much lesser.
Russ: right. But still enough where I'm assuming
that Atlantis, even though it looks bad on the
outside......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: okay? In reality is actually something that
was really a strengthening part. So it would be
sort of symbolic as far as that goes but then I'm
looking at the characteristics and psychic
abilities now and is this kind of similar to what
we're looking at in that life then?
Karra: well yes in essence because what was
happening is that Carrie and yourselves are
reaching a point where it's a choice.
Russ: right.
Karra: remember, you said that she made a
mistake.......
Russ: right.
Karra: and didn't make the right choice. And we
can't say what the mistake it was or what the
choice was.
Russ: right.
Karra: and you said you have a rough idea. Give us
your theory on this.
Russ: okay, I'll give you my theory. It's probably
way off base but hey, we're just discussing
theories. Yeah, I just think it's the mistake of
pride.
Karra: that is a incee weensie, little bit of it.
Russ: well it would seem to be a lot because it
seems that would be something that would
definitely hold you back from going on further.
Karra: not necessarily.
Russ: oh really?
Karra: pride in what you do, pride in being the
best. Like Mark has a lot of pride in the fact
that he is one of the best astral travelers.
Russ: well I suppose I should qualify it more as
being caring more for yourself than caring for
others.
Karra: if you don't care for yourself, how can you
care for others?
Russ: right. But if you get to a point where you
care only for yourself and not for others.....
Karra: oh, exactly. I mean, being a very
self-centered individual doesn't get you anywhere.
Russ: right, well that's kind of a pride.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and then I suppose Mark and I being together
is sort of a key.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: just because....
Karra: bring in the old group back together.

Karra: I was going to say gang but it wasn't a
gang, it was a working group.
Russ: which surprises me why Carrie left.
Karra: she said it very aptly.

Russ: that could be a similar experience to what
happened back then.

what you started.

attention to what I eat.

to eat more.

been working too hard. She's meant to be taking it

really strong ones, for the large ones you do it

Russ: now, does dehydrating food remove a lot of
the minerals and vitamins
out of it.
Karra: it does remove some of them, yes.
Russ: okay. Does that mean we eat more of them
then to replace those that are lost?
Karra: yes, uh-huh.
Russ: okay, so besides herbalism, knowing what vitamins and
minerals are in the food that are being dehydrated
and stored is important also.
Karra: correct.
Russ: so it would be helpful when you're storing
stuff to put it down on a list what vitamins and
minerals are in those foods.
Karra: correct.
Russ: okay. So the energy expended due to
dehydration.......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: would be paid back for the life of the food
value.
Karra: yes. In a tight situation, yes, it can be
between a recreation of the Donner party and
actual survival.
Russ: well, Mark could be a bit stringy.
Karra: I can't answer that.
Russ: no doubt. Setting up some turkey jerky would
be helpful because I'm worried about protein.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and how to design enough dehydrated protein.
Karra: turkey jerky, smoked fish but that's tough
because you have to catch her own, doesn't it?
Russ: yes.
Karra: what's wrong with shooting duck?

Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: too greasy.
Karra: hey, you want to survive?
Russ: yeah, but I mean with all the resources at
hand, I'm sure you know at the time if I run out
of everything else, yeah, that would be fine.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: but in the meantime I'm looking at storage
of protein prior to the event.
Karra: prior to yes, but don't knock getting fresh
protein. Because the duck can be very, very
useful. You can use a lot of duck for grease.
Russ: right.
Karra: and feathers, what can you get from the
feathers?
Russ: down.
Karra: uh-huh. And also fletching for your arrows.
Russ: true.
Karra: the bones.
Russ: a needle?
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: for clothes.
Karra: yeah, see?
Russ: that's true. I guess I'm not taking the
survival seriously.
Karra: you're right, you're not taking it
seriously.
Russ: doesn't help that there's Christmas going on
right now, it's hard to take something like that
real serious yet.
Karra: uh-huh. And Tia's quite right is that she
doesn't understand it.
Russ: I don't understand it and I've lived with it
for thirty-four years down here.
Karra: well think about it.
Russ: right.
Karra: right, what is your economy based on?
Russ: it's based basically on spending.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and supply and demand.
Karra: correct. And once a year everybody buys
something or many things.
Russ: right. Do you guys have a barter system at
all up there?
Karra: of course we do.
Russ: and how's that work up there?
Karra: well, for three cases of wine, I will give
you all the medical advice that you need.
Russ: oh.
Karra: or, I'll give you three cases of wine for
five bolts of fabric of a electrostaticly charged
material. You can stay at my house on Sirius over
a thirty day period for taking care and
landscaping the property at the family mansion.
Russ: hmmm.
Karra: see, services are bartered for.
Russ: right.
Karra: food is free.
Russ: right. See, here's my problem I've got.

Russ: okay. One thing is, any financial
expenditures at this point would seem to be like
for example this picture. A frivolous waste of
money.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: that could be used very well to help supply
myself and get ready for this coming thing.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: but yet I have this need for this picture.
Karra: uh-huh. It is pleasing to the eye and it is
something to hold and to cherish.
Russ: right. And it's going to be a useless waste
of material......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and probably nothing more than just an
entertaining value.
Karra: could you part with that picture? Say
somebody was to walk in the door and hand you
thirty-six hundred dollars.
Russ: I could part with it.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: it's not like I have a physical attachment
to it, it's nice to look at.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: but, I assume there's a purpose for a lot of
things.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and that could be a very good, purposeful
thing, you know?
Karra: uh-huh, certainly. It is another way of
having money earned. Hey, say money goes by the
way, right?
Russ: right.
Karra: and your government collapses. You need to
get your car fixed. Somebody likes that picture.
"Okay, I'll trade you that picture for a new car".
Russ: money goes by the way, there's not going to
be much gas left but I see what you mean.
Karra: "I'll give you a case of baked beans for
two gallons of gas or five gallons of gas. I made
a funny.
Russ: God.
Karra: I thought that was quite funny actually.
Russ: it was quite funny.
Karra: uh-huh, but you see what I'm saying.
Russ: I see what you're talking about. Yeah, it is
a form of financial currency.
Karra: oh, certainly.
Russ: still, at the same time, that actually could
be a good learning tool.....or good teaching tool.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: but, yeah, things like that stuff which
could become handy in the future.
Karra: Tia's bouncing up and down over there.
Russ: why?
Karra: she's trying to say, "my turn, my turn".
Russ: okay.
Karra: how much, that's what she wants to know,
how much......
Russ: yeah, it's getting low.
Karra: uh-huh.

Tia: you're still focusing like......
Russ: yeah.
Tia: what else?
Russ: finding the time.
Tia: uh-huh. Time is a slippery concept if you
can't manipulate it. And you don't want to be, you
will be paying the price.
Russ: well yeah, I'm not ready to pay that price
yet.
Tia: no.
Russ: I sacrifice a lot for it but.....
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: at the same time, I focus my abilities on
other things right now.
Tia: oh, certainly, certainly, you've got much
more important things to do. I mean, Mark is doing
a lot of work up here on the astral and was
freeing up a few individuals, we worked in the
creche yesterday....or today.
Russ: did you? Oh, that's great.
Tia: uh-huh until he met me at twelve noon.
Russ: wow, that's neat.
Tia: uh-huh. And, I'm worried about him.
Russ: burning the candle?
Tia: uh-huh. Takes things way too seriously. Takes
things very personally as well.
Russ: maybe it's one of the part of the lessons.
Tia: hmm, I think that's a different lesson he's
learning. I think that's unrelated because he
doesn't seem to have used his abilities or his
power, does he?
Russ: no.
Tia: and he doesn't do that at work, he just works
himself harder.
Russ: of course.
Tia: anyway, well, you're doing the same thing
though.
Russ: I'm not using my powers.
Tia: no, you're both burning the candle at both
ends.
Russ: like I say, it's Christmas. Right now, a lot
of energy is expended toward getting through this
particular month.
Tia: uh-huh, I understand that.
Russ: and as January first comes along, life gets
a lot easier. We'll still work as hard, but we
won't have to deal with so much....
Tia: you know, I think the reason Mark is working
himself so hard is that he's the boss. He wants to
set a good example this year and have a good crew
trained this year so next year he'll have twice as
much experience on how to run a department.
Russ: of course, every boss wants to do that.
Tia: so that he's planning to work his guys and
himself hard this year so he's trained them. It's
logical.
Russ: it does make sense.
Tia: I just wish that he wouldn't burn so damn
hard and intensely.
Russ: yeah, it's tough on him and tough on you
too.
Tia: uh-huh, because I worry about him.
Russ: well, at the same time, we're both kind of
at a point where we have to be able to expend
our........
