Monka is one of Council of 12 and is communicator and a historian 

and his appearances at the channeling sessions would always mean

something important was being discussed. Even though he rarely 

visited to the base to channel, he could be counted on to give us his

wisdom in a concise fashion, saying a lot with as few as words as needed.

He was the friendliest of the council members we met excepting Sanada.
