Archivist Notes: Welcome one and all to a new year and a new change in the way we present the collected channeling sessions from the members of Ashtar Command on Hades Base. We've added a YouTube option where we have combined the images by Madeline Falkenström from the Center for Ascension as a visual aid of who is speaking on the base. We'll be including an introduction by Karra and myself but without a live video since only one of us is on the planet and it is always about the message and not the messengers. The channeling session chosen for this initial effort reflects well the theme of beginnings set with the first meeting between Lyka and our frequent guest Skip. It was also the first time for Skip's grandchildren to attend giving us some excellent questions from them to those who were channeling. It isn't the greatest of sound and now lacks the background radio that could be heard before our sound engineers got it to the best quality possible. Kicking things off is Tia taking on her traditional ring mistress role to help ease everyone into a relaxed conversation between friends. The ten minutes used does the trick so that Kiri, who comes on next, can put her motherly instincts to work in answering the questions the children have plus offering some helpful advice to their grandfather. It's after this point Skip meets a fellow warrior in Lyka who is a member of the Sirian Defense Force. Both had joined their respective defense forces on separate planets when they were young and both had seen things neither could talk about. Omal follows them to get us to side two by revealing they have been charging Skip up slowly with energy due to his exhausted state since the beginning. We see confirmation of the energy infusions into Skip all the way to the end as his energy levels build up over the hour. Side two picks up with Omal confirming the seven races that originally colonized Atlantis which has some surprises of who was included. Karra is also great with the children, especially one needing her help without realizing that she needed help and it's good advice to those wanting to avoid raising a psychic vampire. Karra's daughter Alana gets us almost to the end by explaining to the group the rejuvenation process Sirians go through twice in their lives and how their society operates without money. It was a new concept the children hadn't heard of before so it was enlightening to have it explained in the way she did. Her being a marine biologist on the base was the perfect example of how their system of service works for children practically on a field trip to a higher dimension. This may come as a surprise, but the two most important words ever spoken by anyone in all the channeling sessions happen in this obscure choice eight years later. As Omal is talking about adding our guest's grandchildren to a possible meta-concert, he mentions they would be part of the group mind. For those looking for the next level in their ascension training, this is the key. A successful meta-concert of five individuals or more can bring on a third dimensional group mind where all the participants operate as a single entity. That gets a group as close to next dimensional thinking as is possible when all can be united in raising their consciousnesses. This channeling session turned out to be an informative one also for anyone needing a primer on what it is all about and, for those who have been with us since the beginning, a new perspective on the other races that share this planet with us. Now, onto a deeper summary.

Recorded in 1995, you would be forgiven for thinking we got together for this channeling session just last week. Events we hear being predicted by the speakers are certainly filling our news feeds with reports of possible civil unrest and revolution. Whether it is a case of the human race not learning from its mistakes or fortuitous choices of tapes, the channeling sessions never feel dated. Tia gets things started by getting everyone up to speed with introductions and how a friend of Mark's he tried to help get to the base in her astral body with him on one of his trips fought him as they transitioned through the dimensions. He partnered with her for her first time to the base as he had me on my first time but they almost ended up stuck in the fourth dimension with little way back mentally. Prior to answering some questions on the stock market and the crash of 1929, Tia demonstrates a way of draining another person of energy which earns her stern looks from Karra. Transferring over to the first speaker, Tia runs through a familiar Abbott and Costello routine she picked up from Mark's mind which we then proceed to mess up totally. Kiri follows next while on a sabbatical from work so we hear about the projects around the apartment she's been working on such as the apartment's hot tub and a little cart for her infant son Leonedies who is a super operant. It is so he can use it as an assistant for a body still learning to walk but with a mind fully capable in all five psychic abilities. Kiri is in the middle of giving some financial advice for the future when an unexpected guest speaker arrives in the uniform of the Sirian Defense Force. She was there to speak to our guest who had been in the army at a young age just as she was now. Lyka reveals once she comes on that Skip and her have a common connection through their past lives to Skip's guide who had died and was now helping Skip. Before leaving, she informs us that her latest fencing lesson with Mark left her with a cut she could have avoided had she donned the proper equipment. Omal takes Lyka's place to the end of the side by letting our guest know they had been charging him slowly in small bits to avoid overcharging him which had happened in the past. I bring up an incident I had heard about where some UFOs were spotted over Mexico City and he confirms my suspicions by having me ask my flying instructor, Wing Commander Taal, the next time he was to channel to get the full story. We finish the side by planning lessons for the future like meta-concerts and a deeper look into devas. A question of how to fix the upcoming problems of the human race had to be left unanswered since their prime directive is no different from "Star Trek's" Federation of Planets so working it out ourselves was left as the only option.

It is on side two where Omal provides the answers Mark and I had been seeking regarding which of the seven races that colonized Atlantis were still in existence. As it turns out, it is all of the ones discussed except for elves and faeries which Mark and I thought would have been one of the seven races. Instead, Omal explains they were a race that had survived from another time which possibly suggests Lemuria as their place of origin. Much of what he says explains the legends and stories throughout our history extending all the way out to the present day. He makes way for Karra after that to assist our youngest guest on her habit of draining others of their energy without their permission. To provide a hands-on demonstration, Karra enlists the help of Mark's body to be used as a conduit they begin passing energy through while our guest held his hand. That turns out to be an effective learning tool for her to know how the flow of energy affects the body. That flow is also a part of healing so she stresses the shaking off of that energy after washing the hands as opposed to just drying them with a towel to remove the energy from the other person that may still remain. She has taught me through experience that energy is not something to be taken lightly. In fact, she confirms just how important it is by answering my question on the energy connection we have to all things in the universe that is one of the great mysteries. We finish with her defining the relationships of Mark and I to our respective bond mates on the base. In the transition between speakers, Tia gives jumbo marshmallows a try through Mark's body even though she lacks his sense of taste. She also relates a discussion on the term dude for the sake of Kiri. The Surf Monk had visited the base recently and Kiri had taken to the term and would later adopt it to be her signature greeting. Karra's daughter Alana gets us almost to the end from there by adding to Karra's explanation of the relationships between her, Karra, and me. That becomes a productive conversation stream as we then begin discussing the Sirian society and how a world can operate free of money. We already know it relies on responsibility and a barter system that is part of a planetary effort to make things work in global cooperation instead of countries with borders to protect. We learn how deep the deepest ocean is on Sirius is as well as the rejuvenation process that Sirians go through as they revert back to the twenties or thirties after living for three hundred years or so. A thousand years of life in total would be easy in such an environment of learning and service to others. Mark's energy levels begin to red line so the session is ended while there is still energy left for Mark to feel fine returning to his body. She ends things by moving the cats off the futon Mark is on so they do not affect his energy levels on our side. Another great session through the helpful questions of our guests in attendance.

SIDE 1

1.)(0:00)- Tia makes introductions while demonstrating some energy gathering tricks that do not meet with Karra's approval. We next get a history lesson on economics and her discovery of "who's on first?".
2.)(10:05)- Kiri describes some of the things on her to-do list around their apartment such as getting their hot tub jets working. She also gives a quick reading on the abilities of a very young guest of ours and mentions some concerns she's noticed.
3.)(19:57)- Long before she was Captain Lyka, she was a newly promoted first lieutenant who came to chat specifically to speak to our guest who had also served in the armed services. It would be a long friendship over the coming years.
4.) (25:15)- Omal reveals they have been charging up our guest slowly with energy which is seen as he is full of energy by the end. He confirms my suspicions about some UFO's over Mexico City and the date marks my decision to go online for the first time.
SIDE 2

1.)(0:00)- Omal gives a definitive list of the original races from Sirius that colonized Atlantis that has some surprises for most that hear who is included. One race we learn that was here already were the elves and the faeries. Very Middle Earth.
2.)(6:31)- Karra assists our youngest guest in how to stop draining people of their energy without their permission subconsciously. She confirms as well that we have a subconscious link to the life throughout our galaxy.
3.)(18:28)- Tia tries jumbo marshmallows for the first time even though she can't taste them and gives us the Big Lebowski thanks to Kiri's search for an opening greeting. She defines some words in her language that is the same as the cats.
4.)(21:12)- Alana finishes things out with an explanation of how life operates in a dimension without money and her job as a marine biologist studying the dolphins on the base is how she fulfills an important role on the base.

SIDE ONE

(Tia is sorting out the English language as we begin the session)

Russ: okay, we got it.

Tia: okay, okay, I'm sorry.

Russ: well figure mic's got three letters in it and phone has seven so.....

Tia: yeah, but they're both short words. Mic and phone, they sound the same.

Shane: microphone.

Tia: and telephone.

Russ: one is telephone one one is microphone.

Tia: uh-huh. See, they sound the same length.

Russ: hey, I guess that means we can hear what's being said on the tape now, huh? Ninety minutes later, we're just going, "hmm, that's funny, why can't we hear anything?"

(Russ and Skip have a laugh over that)

Tia: watch it buster, I haven't had my claws clipped yet.

Velvet: hmmm....

Tia: you have a question?

Velvet: not exactly.

Tia: okay, you have a statement.

Velvet: yep. Uh-uh, nevermind, I'll ask Kiri.

Tia: okay, but you wanted a question answered on where we live, and how to get here.

Velvet: yes I did. Mark told you about that, did he?

Tia: I heard through Mark's ears. Okay now, how it works is that you are on the third dimension, right?

Velvet: right.

Tia: the fourth dimension is time. It's all the possibilities that you can perceive.......

Velvet: oh wow.

Tia: think of everything that could happen in the next five minutes, right? And then....

Velvet: I could be talking to Kiri.

Tia: that's right. You could be talking to Kiri, you could be talking to me, talking to Omal, talking to Karra, talking to Alana....

Velvet: who's Karra?

Tia:. Karra is a healer, she's a very talented healer, you'll meet her. She's very soft-spoken.....

Velvet: I heard that one of you girls kept irritating Russ. Who was that?

Tia: it was probably Kiri that irritates Russ from time to time.

Russ: oh yes, Tia is a model of decorum and reserve.

Tia: of course, I'm very well behaved.

(Velvet starts laughing)

Velvet: did you ever.......okay, I heard Mark saying that he took a girl, Bethany to see you guys.

Tia: uh-huh, yes?

Velvet: she had a headache for a week.

Tia: hmm, it wasn't quite a week, it was more like four days.

Velvet: oh, I see.

Tia: it's to do with the strain. You see Bethany, when Mark brought her up here for the first time, she fought him.....

Russ: she fought against him, yeah.

Tia: tooth and nail all the way. He had to expend so much energy just immobilizing her astral form, that it was iffy if he had enough energy to punch through two dimensions. If he hadn't, they would have been stuck in the fourth dimension and probably ended up going blabblabblabblab.

Velvet: does that microphone really work?

Tia: uh-huh, yes it does.

Velvet: oh, okay.

Tia: uh-huh. We will demonstrate or Russ will demonstrate or somebody will demonstrate at the end so that you can hear everything that's been spoken.

Velvet: oh, can I demonstrate?

Tia: no, not right now, but your voice will be picked up.

Velvet: yeah!!!

Tia: uh-huh. And how old are you? You're about nine years old, right?

Velvet: not quite, I still have a few months to go.

Tia: ahhh. Well my little girls are.......well they'll be two in November.

Velvet: two?

Tia: uh-huh.

Velvet: well I'll be nine in November.

Tia: November the 10th?

Velvet: no.

Tia: oh.

Velvet: ten days after Skip's birthday.

Tia: uh-huh. Okay Skip, you have a question?

Skip: oh, no, sorry.

Tia: oh, you've been dozing off again. Sorry, somebody's messing around with the controls over there.

Skip: no, it was........

Russ: want me to make some tea or something?

Tia: that might be a good idea.

Russ: Skip, want some tea?

Skip: I've been pushing pretty hard lately.

Russ: oh, you have?

Skip: yeah, I have been getting to bed before 11, 12 o'clock and then getting up at 5 AM.

Russ: oh no wonder.

Skip: and I figured I could talk to these young ladies tonight.....

Tia: uh-huh.

Skip: and I'm kind of a party pooper.

Tia: oh you won't be soon. Now, I'm going to show you a little trick......

Skip: okay, go ahead.

Tia: that I picked up. Velvet, could you sit here for a second? This is how you get energy, right? And I'm not going to drain you but what you do is you place your hand on top of somebody's head right there.....

Skip: uh-huh.

Tia: and I'm getting frowned at by Karra, but basically what you do is you pull the energy out of them and it energizes you.

Skip: uh-huh.

Tia: thank you. Okay, now the best subject to do it to.....just left......

Russ: Oddball?

Skip: oh, Oddball?

(one of the nearby house cats)

Tia: yeah because you take the energy out of a cat and it charges you up.

Skip: uh-huh.

Tia: and of course cats sleep all the time.

Skip: yeah.

(Tia starts speaking to one of the cats in Durundedunn but gets no response back)

Velvet: oh, like.....

Tia: party pooper, she doesn't want to play, she knows what I've got planned. I was going to let you drain her. Yes Russ?

Russ: now you're getting frowned at by me.

Tia: I know she needs the energy to heal.

Russ: drain my cat, work on Calvin or something.

(Ed. note: another cat in the house)

Russ: can we get back to my question?

Tia: oh sorry, yes, what was your question?

Russ: or are we going to like sit here all night?

Tia: finance. Finance, yes, it has been seesawing and it is in my predictions that it will carry on seesawing for a little while and then it will boom, and I estimate.......sorry, I can't say. I've just been told that that is confidential.

Russ: that's not my question.

Tia: okay.

Russ: are the computers that are controlling the stock market that shut down so when they reach a certain million sales, going to be really the key factors that will bring the crash?

Tia: they're going to be the factor in slowing it down.

Russ: okay, so the crash is unavoidable even with the current controls and the.....

Tia: well, put it this way, if they're set to stop selling at five million shares, right?

Russ: uh-huh.

Tia: then you have a day where they stop, right?

Russ: right.

Tia: and the following day it carries on going down and it stops again. It just means that it drags it out even longer.

Russ: right.

Tia: which in turn makes it harder to climb back up out. Because if you remember when the crash happened in 1929.....

Russ: uh-huh.

Tia: right? It was a very quick plummet. Went "plop" down very quickly. Oh, I like that, "plop", and the recovery took a long time, but once the market started to recover in about ‘35, was it Skip? It might've been earlier than that, it might've been about '34.

Skip: no, we had a benefactor that helped pull this thing out of the fire.

Tia: yeah, but that was about '35, right?

Skip: yeah, '34, '35, '36, along in there.

Tia: yeah, and when that happened, the stock market started to climb back up out. To start off with, it was a gradual climb, but once it reached a particular point where economic growth became very necessary, right? The acceleration started and the acceleration didn't stop again until the late 60s. Now one of the key factors in the acceleration was an event that occurred in 1939. I believe it was around about September 1rst.

Russ: World War II.

Tia: correct, when........

Russ: which increased the production capabilities of America so they could maintain armament for the European allies.

Tia: correct. Now, a way to divert it in theory is to constantly have a state of crises similar to the event that occurred in Europe, but not necessarily a military one. Now, if you take into consideration as well certain factors as heavy rain followed by a drought so that farmers have to plant late and then because of the drought everything dries up, what happens?

Russ: well you get a bumper crop at the late season.

Tia: no you don't because of the drought. What you plant first of all dies of too much water and what survives gets baked and cooked and has had it. So in turn that pushes artificially up the price of produce.

Russ: okay. Now, who should I ask about the UFOs over Mexico City? You or Omal?

Tia: Omal.

Russ: okay.

Tia: Omal, okay? Now I'm going to drop out of sight for a little while unless of course anybody's got any more questions?

Skip: no.

Velvet: no, I think I'm good.

(Tia says some phrase in Durondedunn)

Tia: no more questions? Okay.

Russ: no, you'll be back.

Tia: of course......

Skip: thank you.

Tia: I'm the ring mistress, I get to decide who goes first. Who's on first?

Russ: you go first.

Tia: no, you go's on second.

Russ: no, you's on third.

Tia: I don't know.

Skip: no, he's out in the field.

Russ: he's in center field.

Tia: who.......who?

Russ: who's on first.

Tia: I don't know.

Skip: what's on second.

Tia: what's on first?

Skip: no, he's on second.

Tia: oh, okay. What's on third?

Skip: no, what's on second.

Tia: who's on second?

Skip: no, who's on first.

Tia: who did that originally?

Russ: Abbott and Costello.

Tia: ahh, I'll have to sit down and watch the original one day.

Russ: it's good.

Skip: it is, it's real good.

Russ: uh-huh.

Tia: it's a skit I believe.

Skip: yes, yes.

(Velvet whispers thank you)

Tia: you're welcome. And you have to remember, being descended from felines, I have very sensitive hearing.

Skip: hmmm.

(Kiri comes on as she shows what a good mother she is to children)

(Velvet whispers, "she's here")

Kiri: she's here? I have a name you know.

Velvet: Carrie.

Kiri: Kiri.

Russ: I'm going to make some tea.

Velvet: Kerry?

Kiri: Kiri.

Russ: all right, all right.

Skip: I knew I wanted something.

(we hear a toy plane being played with in the background)

Kiri: ohh. Let's put that somewhere safe so it doesn't get trodden on.

Shane: I'll put it over there.

Kiri: yeah, careful, careful. They're clever kids, we'll make an engineer out of him yet.

Skip: yeah right.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: well, he's got the right descent.

Kiri: yeah, well I've got a list of projects to do at the moment. I'm working on.....

Skip: I thought you was out of work?

Kiri: I am but I've got a list of projects around the house.

Skip: oh, okay.

Kiri: yeah, I'm fixing up the jet thing system on the hot tub and then I'm going to work on a new designed keyboard for myself that I can plug in wherever I want. And then finally..........no, I'll do the keyboard last of all. I'm going to make a slave unit which is a unit that will follow Leonedies around and kind of be a control cart for him.

Skip: hmm, okay.

Kiri: yes. Russ?

Russ: like you can really design a thing that can control Leonedies.

(Russ and Skip start laughing because Leonedies was a super opererant infant at the time)

Kiri: he controls it.

Russ: what a dreamer.

Kiri: hey, that's the first rule of engineering, is dream and design it. You take the wing that Mark's built, that's 80% his pure design.......and 15% mine. Okay, engineering questions? Skip?

Skip: yes, what? Sorry.

Kiri: you want to know about engineering?

Skip: do I know about engineering?

Kiri: yeah, do you know about engineering?

Skip: somewhat, I just can't seem to tap on my past experience to do what I want I really want to do.

Kiri: well, we will deal with that next time when you have tons of energy.

Skip: yeah, more rested.

Kiri: okay? Okay, this is a list of things that we will be working on next time when you plan to come up because I believe you'll have company with you then, right?

Skip: yeah, we're going to bring the daughter.

Kiri: uh-huh. What we're going to do is, we're going to work on a project to help her become totally healing capability.

Russ: let me see what type of tea you want.

Kiri: yeah, we've got to select tea. Hmm....

Velvet: this I'll share because it has like tea or something.

Kiri: oh, it's got tea on it.

Velvet: yep, T.E.A., Tia.

(Skip chuckles as Velvet heads for the kitchen)

Skip: that's my granddaughter.

Kiri: she has some your talents.

Skip: yes she does.

Kiri: she has very little astral travel ability but, she is a healer.

Skip: is she?

Kiri: uh-huh, and she needs training very badly.

Skip: oh boy.

Kiri: that's why Karra wants to talk to her.

Skip: okay.

Kiri: because if she's not careful, and she learns that she has the potential, she could turn into what they call a psychic vampire.

Skip: oh boy.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: oh boy.

Kiri: notice that she's always charged.

Skip: yes she is......

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: completely.

Kiri: and that you feel tired sometimes around her.

Skip: feel what?

Kiri: tired, drained.

Skip: no, not me, I don't.

Kiri: uh-huh but other people do.

Skip: yes...

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: her mother does.

Kiri: yes, she's starting to learn how to draw energy from people like you used to.

Skip: uh-huh, and I done it unconsciously.

Kiri: yeah, but she's doing it slightly deliberately to keep herself bouncy, which is a big no-no.

Skip: yeah.

Kiri: and also, this is my opinion and my opinion only.....

Skip: go ahead.

Kiri: is that when she's older, she will make a great hunter for Mark to teach and train.

(Ed. note: they are talking about psychic hunting, not animals)

Skip: well, great......

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: great.

Kiri: but she's got to first of all learn how to control herself, her abilities.

Skip: uh-huh, okay.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: all right.

Kiri: Karra will work with her on her ability of healing.

Skip: I'm going to ask you the same question I asked your friend.

Kiri: uh-huh, my friend?

Skip: yes, your friend, sister or friend........

Kiri: yes.

Skip: I don't know, I'm just not with it tonight young lady....

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: I'm just....

Kiri: Tia is......best way to describe Tia is, she's my co-wife.

Skip: okay, all right, okay. I'm entering into a new field.......

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: and I don't want you to.....

Kiri: put myself in the doghouse.

Skip: yeah, in a wrong position.

Kiri: okay, I know what you're going to say because Tia's relaying it to me.....

Skip: just go ahead.

Kiri: and I'm going to say is that it's great for you, but as you might've heard mentioned, there is economic problems that are going to occur.

Skip: okay.

Kiri: and it's going to be followed by......I'm getting the okay from Omal.....there will be civil unrest as well followed after the economic problem. You can already tell that it's brewing.

Skip: uh-huh.

Kiri: and in your line of business it's going to be advantageous to start off with, but when it starts to get.....society starts to crumble, it's not going to be a revolution like everybody's saying....

Skip: yeah.

Kiri: it's going to crumble, law and disorder is going to be more rampant, then's the time to get out. So the thing is, monitor things happening, make as much money as you can, and then do the proverbial jump.

Skip: stash it and get out.

Kiri: yeah because once things start crumbling, big corporations are going to be targets.

Skip: uh-huh.

Kiri: now here's something that might be beneficial. At the moment you do networking, right?

Skip: yes, it's called networking. It's two people have designed the way of doing the business so that it's duplicatable, okay?

Kiri: yeah, now here's the thing that I think might be very beneficial to you. When the crash starts to occur is, stock up on food that you can distribute through the corporation or through your little business.

Skip: oh, okay.

Kiri: that way because you're going to have distribution problems of food and so on, but not to stock up right away because all food, even if it says it's nonperishable is perishable.

Skip: yes, it always is.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: the only thing that I know that will hold for a length of time.....

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: not in your estimation of time, but in ours....

Kiri: yeah.

Skip: is freeze-dried vacuum packed articles.

Kiri: uh-huh, yeah. We keep them at most ten years.

Skip: yeah, that's what I was going to say....

Kiri: yeah.

Skip: probably ten....

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: now, I've ate food that was older than that.

Kiri: oh, so have I.

Skip: when I was in the military....

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: in 1951 I was in Alaska and we got a shipment of turkeys.

Kiri: uh-huh, World War II issue right?

Skip: well, how about 1942?

(both Skip and Kiri laugh)

Kiri: now there's a young lady here that has just wandered in, that says she wants to talk to you.

Skip: wants to talk to me?

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: in my condition? Thanks a lot.

Velvet: hmmm.....

Kiri: you have a question?

Velvet: uh-huh.

Kiri: okay, fire away.

Velvet: I just wanted to know if it's getting towards the end?

Kiri: no, we've got quite a while to go yet. We've got oh, probably about another three quarters of an hour.

Skip: you go talk to Shane if you want to.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Velvet: okay, I'll wait for my tea.

Kiri: okay.

Skip: okay, all right, okay. Okay this other young lady that wants to talk to.....

(a door slams)

Skip: excuse me, I'm sorry.

Kiri: that's all right.

Skip: I don't mean to do that.

Kiri: she's asking Tia if she can channel straight away as she's in full uniform at the moment.

Skip: well sure, I don't care.

Kiri: uh-huh. Well, Tia's got to okay it as she's ring mistress.

Skip: I'm sorry, excuse me.

Kiri: yeah, uh-huh.

Skip: like I said, I'm not even.......

Kiri: oh, you know her?

Skip: coherent tonight.

Kiri: oh, okay. Russ knows who it is.

Russ: oh, of course.

Kiri: uh-huh. Okay, I suppose I better see if Tia is going to put her on.

Skip: let her go through, huh?

Kiri: uh-huh.

Skip: okay.

(Tia makes her first transition between speakers)

Skip: excuse me, I don't mean to keep yawning.

Russ: don't worry about it.

Skip: have you noticed that my attitude is starting to change?

Tia: it is?

Skip: yes.

Tia: uh-huh, I've noticed.

Russ: hi girl.

Tia: girl? Young lady please. I'm a married woman as well.

Skip: wow.

Tia: no, she'll be on in a second. And talking of squeaky voices, she has a very squeaky voice so you'll know who it is. Stop giggling Russ......yes? Could you do me a big favor young lady?

Velvet: yeah, what?

Tia: could you get me two nails, long ones, about yea long and a hammer?

Velvet: hmm, I don't think so.

Tia: why?

Velvet: well you might nail me down on the ground.

Tia: uh-huh, just joking. Okay, I'm going to put on somebody that has a very squeaky voice.

Velvet: who?

Skip: just be quiet and listen.

Tia: ahhhh, wait and see and she might be a little bit bashful.......sorry?

Russ: nothing.

Tia: you'll find out.....yeah.

(Lyka gets her requested meeting with Skip finally)

Lyka: hi, sorry, hello.

Skip: good evening.

Lyka: greetings.

Russ: hi love, how's it going?

Lyka: fine.

Russ: oh that's good.

Lyka: uh-huh. According to the monitor, we have 3 1/2 people, one person out there, right?

Skip: yeah.

Lyka: uh-huh. Oh, introductions, I'm sorry. Tia is telling me, "I've got to introduce myself". I am what you would call first lieutenant Lyka.

Skip: Lyka, huh?

Lyka: uh-huh.

Skip: okay, I'm Skip.

Lyka: greetings, it is a pleasure to meet you.

Skip: my pleasure young lady, for sure.

Lyka: uh-huh, thank you.

Skip: and this is my granddaughter Velvet.

Lyka: it's a pleasure to meet you young lady.

Velvet: pleasure to meet you too.

Lyka: oh, you have a voice.

Velvet: oh, of course.

Lyka: and who are you over there?

Russ: I don't know, I'm listening to two voices that sound alike.

(Russ and Velvet start laughing)

Lyka: thank you.

Russ: hi Lyka, how you doing sweetheart?

Lyka: fine, fine, fine, fine, fine.

Russ: ahh good.

Lyka: yes, uh-huh.

Skip: now you wanted to talk to me?

Lyka: yes, we have a common interest, or you had an interest when you were younger, about my age. I am 18 of your your earth years.....

Skip: okay, go ahead.

Lyka: and I am in the Sirian Defense Force.

Skip: okay.

Lyka: and you were in your Earth's defense force, right?

Skip: that's correct.

Lyka: uh-huh.

Skip: I was an enlisted man in the Army.

Lyka: oh, one of the lower ranks.

Skip: yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.

Lyka: well, I've just recently been promoted from a cadet.....

Skip: okay.

Lyka: uh-huh, I joined when I was 16 of your years.

Skip: okay, I went in when I was 15 of our years.

Lyka: oh, so we went in at about the same age then?

Skip: yes, definitely.

Lyka: and you lied about your age, didn't you?

Skip: yeah....

Lyka: uh-huh.

Skip: like a trooper okay?

Lyka: hey, most soldiers lie about their age.

Skip: yeah. Anyhow, yeah, I wound up in the defense force engineers.

Lyka: ohhhh. Yes, an engineer, of course. That's why you and Kiri get along so well.

Skip: more or less, I guess I've got a past history of being an........

Lyka: yes, in a past life with Kiri.

Skip: uh-huh, yeah. And......?

Lyka: well, I just wanted to meet your acquaintance.

Skip: oh, well thank you. I'm glad that I could be here for you.

Lyka: yes, seems we also have another mutual friend.

Skip: who's that?

Lyka: somebody that once was a very close, personal friend of mine in a past life.

Skip: he was?

Lyka: uh-huh and he was a very close, personal friend of yours, or is again.

Skip: my guide.

Lyka: uh-huh.

Skip: oh, that's neat.

Lyka: yeah.

Skip: that is, that's real neat.

Lyka: uh-huh, he was a mentor to me.

Skip: well, great.

Lyka: uh-huh.

Skip: I haven't........I realize he's with me but I haven't had any physical contact or....

Lyka: yeah.

Skip: mental contact with him.......

Lyka: yeah.

Skip: but I realize that he's there, okay?

Lyka: well if my memory serves me right, and it's a little bit fuzzy because my abilities haven't fully developed yet......

Skip: uh-huh.

Lyka: is, that he was always very quiet anyway, very thoughtful individual.

Skip: oh, is that right?

Lyka: I think. You'd have to ask Kiri, she knows much better than I do.

Skip: okay, all right, yeah.

Lyka: uh-huh. And I'm getting over my bashfulness now.

Russ: yeah, you're sounding much more yourself.

Lyka: yes. Anyway, as was said, I'm in full uniform. I have to get back to the barracks......

Russ: oh, Lyka.

Lyka: yes?

Russ: Velvet's got a question.

Lyka: okay.

Velvet: okay. I wanted to know is if you live with Kiri and Tia?

Lyka: yes I do, yes I do.

Velvet: thank you.

Lyka: I have my own private, little room and they're very nice to me. Anyway, I'm sorry, I have to go because I have to get back to my office as I'm the duty officer tonight.

Skip: oh boy.

Lyka: uh-huh. And then I have a fencing lesson that I have to take tomorrow morning so I have to clean up my fencing gear because last time my fencing instructor almost cut my arm. Which was my own fault for not wearing protective gear.

Skip: uh-huh.

Lyka: and my fencing instructor is a third dimensional male chauvinist pig.

(Skip starts to chuckle)

Skip: well, there's a lot of us throughout time.

Lyka: yes, I'm just being facetious and he knows who he is.

(Ed. note: she means Mark)

Skip: yeah.

Lyka: I'll see you guys later.

Skip: okay, nice meeting you, good night now.

Velvet: bye.

Lyka: bye.

Shane: bye.

Lyka: oh, another voice. I wish I could stay, bye.

Shane: see you next time.

(Tia is back again as the base members change places)

Tia: yes, she's a whirling dervish you know?

Skip: I'm sorry?

Tia: she's a whirling dervish when she's on assignment.

Shane: yes, she is.

Tia: uh-huh, she was in full uniform.

Shane: Tia?

Tia: uh-huh.

Shane: oh.

Tia: yes, hello Shane.

Shane: hello.

Tia: we haven't talked yet.

Shane: no.

Tia: yes? Anyway, I've got a put on the next person.

Shane: who's that?

Tia: let me see, who should I put on next? I'll let it be a surprise.

Shane: okay.

(Omal takes Tia's place until the end of side one)

(We hear Russ calling in the cupboard about some tea sweetener)

Skip: yeah, there's white sugar up there in the cupboard.

Russ: I couldn't find it.

Skip: that's okay. That's all right, don't worry.

Omal: greetings and felicitations, and I do have a message from Tia, try the third shelf.

Russ: third shelf, thanks Tia.

Skip: Omar?

Omal: Omal, my voice sounds like Tia does it?

Skip: no, but I'm tired tonight, I'm sorry.

Omal: yes, oh that is quite......

Skip: it wasn't coming out quite right.

Omal: that's quite all right. No, it was a comment Russ mentioned, he said thank you Tia and it was sort of like, I'm Tia?

Shane: can ask who you are?

Omal: I am....

Skip: oh, okay, all right. Like I said, I'm not really with it tonight, so it's...

Omal: that's quite all right.

Skip: things are going over my head.

Omal: you are picking up.

Skip: yes.

Omal: instead of charging you like we did last time, we thought it would be better to be a gentle, gradual thing. Kiri says, "like a trickle charge?"

Skip: okay, all right.

Shane: can I ask who you are?

Omal: I am Omal......

Skip: Omal.

Omal: I am the base commander.

Skip: yeah.

Shane: my name is Shane.

Omal: greetings it is an honor and a pleasure to meet you.

Velvet: my name is Velvet.

Omal: greetings Velvet. Now, as I said, I am the base commander. I am in overall charge of Ashtar Command, although I'm not in charge of the defense force or as you would call them the UFO's.

Skip: okay, I got a question for you.

Omal: okay, let us proceed.

Skip: all right. This concerns the gentleman that is my guide.

Omal: uh-huh.

Skip: is there any possibility of us, between the two of us, of us making physical contact or emotional or mental contact?

Omal: mental contact.

Skip: mental contact, okay.

Omal: uh-huh. Physical is very hard. You may feel his presence, you may feel a hand on a shoulder from time to time.

Skip: okay.

Omal: or somebody actually pushing you in a direction.

Skip: okay.

Omal: but it will be when it is absolutely necessary that he can no longer affect your subconscious.

Skip: okay.

Omal: I know very little about him due to the fact that Kiri has been handling most of this....

Skip: okay, all right, I just thought I'd ask, okay?

Omal: yes, but I am fully versed in the situation. I have discussed it with a member of the monastic society on Sirius, who has acted from time to time as a communication between the, what you would call the spirit world.....

Skip: uh-huh.

Omal: and our physical world.

Skip: uh-huh, okay.

Omal: and she helps tremendously.

(Ed. note: he means Kiri and Karra's grandmother)

Skip: okay, great, great. Just curiosity more than anything else Omal.

Velvet: are you that red, furry animal?

Omal: red, furry animal?

(Russ starts laughing loudly)

Velvet: like Sesame Street.

Omal: my skin is of a purple shade.

Velvet: oh, okay

Omal: okay, questions please.

Russ: hey, how was your Centauri Base trip?

Omal: very educational, very tiring, and very formal. It is nice to get back to a provincial base where one can relax.

Russ: I'll bet. Now, did anything happen up there that would concern us that you would like to tell us about?

Omal: nothing that I can discuss at present due to factors that are still being calculated.

Russ: ahh, excellent. Now then, I wanted to find out about.....

Omal: UFOs.

Russ: yes, UFOs and Mexico.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: anybody we know?

Omal: put it this way, some people do like to show off from time to time. Maybe you should talk to your flight commander.

(Ed. note: he means Wing Commander Taal who had been training me)

Russ: oh, okay. I would assume it got okayed from up on high, though.

Omal: yes.

Russ: that's why I....

Omal: that was one thing that was discussed, was their rambunctious. As I have stated in the past, they are not part of Ashtar Command, they work in conjunction with us. They do their own thing, they follow our guidelines if it suits them.

Russ: ahh okay, I understand.

Omal: if not, out the window.

Russ: ahhh. All right, anyway we can........when do you want to start working on that Atlantean race that is now currently involved with devas or that are devas? Next week?

Omal: yes, that would be best due to the fact that our research department is minus an individual at the moment.

Russ: okay.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: no problem.

Omal: I believe you would say maternity leave.

Russ: okay. All right, before I get into future events, do you have anything you want to.......?

Skip: no, uh-uh.

Russ: all right, now in researching things that are currently going on, we see a lot of things happening in California.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and it seems as though that if anything was going to start, it would start there.....

Omal: yes.

Russ: and spread out.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: we see the kind of influential taking over the place that New York used to.

Omal: the question is why?

Russ: mostly because we have the entertainment industry here.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and that alone is enough to where people get more influence from California than they do New York.

Omal: in essence a little bit, yes, but it is more than that due to the fact that California is one of the largest populated states, it is one of the most diverse states. Where can you go in your country from enjoying a day of recreational snow skiing to sunning yourself on a beach? To be able to drive from one to the other.

Russ: but a lot of that is problematic because of the fact that the financial situation in California is in such dire straits that the poverty levels will probably get more severe here than it will in the rest of the country first.

Omal: possibly yes due to several factors. One is the climate, two, is environmental factors due to the instability of the ground, three because of the density of the population.

Russ: ahh, okay. Now, what I'm looking at now is the fact that for every problem there is always a solution.

Omal: uh-huh, not just a solution, many solutions.

Russ: many solutions. So, I'm assuming then that there is a solution for this upcoming problem we have on our hands.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and I'm wondering if it's just a very simple solution that you can work with me on or a very complex one I have to figure out on my own.

Omal: sorry, that is what you would call the prime directive.

Russ: oh, I see, okay. Now, in that same vein but not strictly on that, I'm going to be working on getting a computer set up with Internet.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: we have discussed this before, where much information could be gained from being able to have in contact people around the globe......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: if not just locally. One of the things that I could see with that is that we could spot trouble in cities, prior to any kind of news let's say, blackouts or media coverups.

Omal: uh-huh.

SIDE TWO

(Omal returns as we change topics)

Russ: okay.

Skip: excuse me.

Omal: that's quite all right. You are feeling more energetic I take it?

Skip: yes.

Omal: yes, Kiri's analogy of trickle charge seems to be a very wise one.

Velvet: Omal, I have a question for you.

Omal: uh-huh.

Velvet: do you live with Kiri, Tia and....

Omar no, I don't. I live in the same community but I do not.

Velvet: you live on Mars?

Omal: I live on fifth dimensional Mars.

Velvet: oh, okay.

Omal: uh-huh, as they do also.

Velvet: uh-huh?

Omal: uh-huh, that is why we are in the same room.

Velvet: oh, all right.

Russ: okay, Omal?

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: do timelines, parallel timelines that split off, are they completely separate from current timeline?

Omal: yes.

Russ: there is no interaction whatsoever?

Omal: no, none at all.

Russ: okay, good.

Omal: why?

Russ: well I'm wondering if maybe......

Omal: yes, I understand.

(Ed. notes: Skip starts laughing about a shared reference I can't remember)

Russ: all right, now then, I want to ask about meta-concert and when we can start....

Omal: yes, that will be started next time we have an extra adult personage. However, it would be useful to pass on the knowledge to the young ones for when they are ready to join in with group mind.

Russ: okay. At present, they're just sources of energy....

Omal: correct......

Russ: so it won't be tough to train them anyway.

Omal: which will be dealt with by Karra in a minute. There is a problem developing that needs to be nipped in the bud.

Russ: okay, is we're going to cut this short then for ourselves?

Omal: no, she will deal with it on tape.

Russ: oh, okay, great. Okay, being I refuse to say next question or last question......

Omal: yes, and that does remind me........

Russ: I know, I owe you twenty push-ups.

Omal: thirty push-ups for the delay.

Russ: we checked out the tape.

Omal: yes, thirty for the delay. Russ and myself have had this ongoing bet that he would never say last question or final question or anything of that ilk and if he did, it would be twenty press ups. As there has been a delay, it is thirty press ups now.

Russ: I need the workout anyway. Okay.......I'll do this, last question.

Omal: okay?

Russ: okay? I feel brave tonight.

Omal: is is a far, far better thing that has done than he has done before. It is a far, far better exercise that he goes to than he has needed before.

Russ: okay, Mark and I have been discussing the races of Atlantis.....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: the seven races. And we went through and we were spotting which ones are still on this planet....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: as far as we can tell in its original form. One we spot.....Mark spotted, was the Basque society....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: in the Pyrenees. The next was the Wookies, or let's call them Bigfeet...

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: the next would be the red race.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: we have the yellow race....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and then we also saw that possible race of elves.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: now was that one of the races?

Omal: no.

Russ: it was not?

Omal: no.

Russ: where do they fit in?

Omal: the elves were a race that had survived from another time.

Russ: oh, I see. Thank you Omal.

Omal: uh-huh.

Skip: would they be classified the same as fairies Omal.

Omal: yes.

Skip: okay.

Omal: okay, we're going to suspend the rule of exercise for last question because I'm going to make a comment.

Russ: oh, okay.

Omal: okay, you counted six races.

Russ: uh-huh........the seventh race?

Omal: yes.

Russ: the brown race.

Omal: no, they come from the dark skinned race. You have of the seven races that are still around, the race that is the deva.....

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: the race that is now termed Bigfoot....

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: you have the red race, the yellow race, you have the dolphin race.

Russ: oh that's right, dolphin race.

Omal: you have the Basque race.

Russ: I knew there was something I was forgetting.

Omal: yes, and you have the Sirian race.

Russ: where do you see examples of them in society? Just in the basic premise we are sitting here talking....

Omal: yes, partly, but a more purebred person of Sirian race is somebody that lives a long time and is tall, almost beanpole like.

Russ: the Swiss? No, the....

Omal: Scandinavian.

Russ: Scandinavian, right.

Omal: they are an example. However, fair skin is not a prerequisite. As has been pointed out, there are different colored Sirians. Not from lounging around in the sun with very little to do for three weeks.

(Ed. note: he is talking about a Sirian surfer who was visiting the base one time called The Surf Monk)

Skip: uh-huh.

Russ: So that would be part......oh, the black race can get pretty tall.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: that's part of the gene. I see, okay. Oh by the way....

Omal: yes?

Russ: the elves were a race that was here on Earth prior to the arrival of the Sirians?

Omal: correct.

Russ: thank you, that's what I wanted to know. Thank you for suspending the rule by the way.

Omal: okay,

Russ: I wanted to ask that question, but I couldn't dare.

Omal: live long and prosper and, I'll be back.

Skip: okay.

Omal: later, next channeling session I believe.

Velvet: bye.

Skip: good night Omal.

Omal: bye. Greetings and felicitations and farewell.

(Tia returns to get us over to Karra)

Tia: I thought that was very nice of him to suspend the rule.

Russ: I was too, I was biting my tongue.

(Skip laughs at that one)

Velvet: is this Kiri?

Tia: no, it's Tia.

Velvet: okay.

Tia: okay, I'm going to put on the next person.

Velvet: okay.

(Karra comes on a introduces herself)

Karra: greetings, hello.

Russ: hello love.

Karra: hello, it's good to see you dear. My name, if you haven't heard of me, is Karra. I know you've heard of me Skip.

Skip: yes.

Karra: now, we've got a little bit of a problem here. Tell me young lady, how long have you been experimenting with your abilities? What I mean is, how long have you been aware that you have talents to help people? I hear you are a potential healer.

Russ: you've got healing capabilities.

Velvet: yeah.

Karra: uh-huh, that you make people feel better.

Velvet: uh-huh.

Karra: also, you have a little habit of taking energy when you need it from other people. It may be subconscious.

Russ: subconscious that you don't know you're doing it. Skip had the same problem.

Skip: I used to pull energy from everybody.

Karra: uh-huh, that you drain people of energy. Now we've got to put a stop to that, because if you carry on doing that at your age, you can hurt yourself because you're taking all sorts of energy. Now I'm not telling you off, I'm here to help you, okay? And you can talk to me, I won't bite.

Russ: she's my wife....

Karra: yes.

Velvet: Karra.

Russ: and my soulmate.

Karra: thank you.

Russ: so if anybody can help you, she can.

Karra: uh-huh, yes. Now, what we want you to do, right? Is first of all, when you feel.....do you feel your energy?

Velvet: yes I do.

Karra: do you feel it sometimes sucking into you?

Velvet: yes.

Karra: okay, when it sucks into you, right? Push it away.

Velvet: how? How do I push it away?

Karra: just visualize it going in the opposite direction. Close your eyes for a second and visualize it going in the opposite direction.

Velvet: okay.

Karra: for example, if you're pulling energy let's say from your mother, right? Push it back to her.

Velvet: okay.

Karra: because if it becomes a natural thing to do.....

Velvet: but will I waste any of my own energy?

Karra: you have plenty of energy of your own, you're young.

Russ: I've got a solution for you that's real easy to learn....

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: when you feel yourself pulling energy in, imagine like a little mirror, like a mirror to reflect light?

Velvet: yeah?

Russ: imagine yourself holding up a little mirror and you're just like reflecting the energy away like you would a beam of sunlight.

Velvet: but if I hold up a mirror, will it?

Russ: oh yeah, well not a real mirror, it has to be imaginary because the energy is imaginary.

Karra: it's not imaginary......

Velvet: oh, it's like my imaginary friend tells me about that.

Russ: right.

Karra: yes.

Russ: absolutely correct.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: and that way poof, there it goes right back to the person that you got it from.

Karra: yes, uh-huh. Now.....

Velvet: and I also heard.....well Tia told me at the beginning of this channeling that you put your hand on someone's head and it sucks up their energy.

Karra: uh-huh yes, that is something that we don't recommend.

Russ: but you can put energy back in that way too.

Karra: yes, uh-huh.

Velvet: like this?

Karra: yes, it's from energy points within the body. There are seven energy points.

Velvet: oh. Is it kind of like a computer that like megabytes?

Karra: uh-huh, yeah kind of.

Russ: yeah, it's like megabytes. It's like for example, you could say that your seven energy centers are your like the disk drives that you're going to put the disks into?

Velvet: oh, like floppy disks like?

Russ: right, yeah.

Karra: uh-huh.

Velvet: like circle disks that go whirrrrrr.

Russ: right, you've got seven of those and so you're always pulling energy....

Velvet: from others?

Russ: from the world. No, just from the world itself. The sun, plants....

Velvet: how do I do that?

Russ: well it's subconscious. The body does it, it's a survival technique but sometimes you pull it from people and you don't want to but your body is doing it anyway. So when you feel it coming, you go, "oh wait a minute, I'm not supposed to pull it from people", so you then you just hold up the mirror. And the floppy disks cut off at that point, and they just push it back. You've got plenty of energy stored up from everywhere else.

Velvet: my imaginary friend that is sitting right here and she's.....well she goes wherever I go and she helps me a lot.

Karra: okay young lady, I'll give you a demonstration of energy. Care to sit here, please?

Velvet: sure.

Karra: mind your head on the pillar. Okay, now, you feel Mark's hands? We're pumping energy through him. Feel how hot they are?

Velvet: uh-huh.

Karra: okay, now turn your hands like this, right? Okay, now, feel the energy flowing from one hand to the other. You feel the palms of your hands getting warm.

Velvet: yeah?

Karra: okay, that is energy flowing, right?

Velvet: uh-huh.

Karra: now, which hand is it flowing from? Is it from this hand or this hand?

Velvet: this hand.

Karra: okay, so it's coming out of that hand into this hand.

Velvet: yes, this hand keeps getting hotter.

Karra: uh-huh, that's where it's going into. Okay, so what you want to do is when you're pushing energy away, is hold up this hand......the hand that's pushing energy away, right? Now, you feel the warmth coming from Mark's hand?

Velvet: uh-huh.

Karra: and it's overpowering yours isn't it?

Velvet: yeah.

Karra: uh-huh. So, that's what you want to do, is you want to push the energy away so that your hand gets very warm like Mark's is.

Velvet: my hand is very warm now.

Karra: uh-huh, okay? Now the thing to remember is, when you're giving energy to other people is, you've got to save some for yourself.

Velvet: like sharing.

Karra: uh-huh, yes.

Velvet: but you save a little bit for yourself....

Karra: that's right.

Velvet: so you still have energy to work on yourself.

Karra: that's right, so you don't get, "hmmph, I'm tired, I'm going to sleep".

Velvet: like at one o'clock in the morning and you've stayed up since morning?

Karra: uh-huh. Or, if you want to go to sleep and you have lots of energy, you just feed it out into the world.

Velvet: okay. And when you go to sleep, your energy is gone and when you wake up like in the middle of the night, you barely have energy to do stuff.

Karra: that's right.

Velvet: because your body hasn't got enough sleep in it.

Karra: yeah, and it's recharging. What is actually happening is when you're asleep, is the energy from around you, from the world, is coming into you.

Velvet: but what happens if your back and your shoulders hurt when you wake up?

Karra: that's normally because you slept in an awkward position. But how you can remedy that is simply shrugging your shoulders and moving the neck. Now, it is quite unusual to have three healers all in the same place at the same time but it is important to wash one's hands after healing.

Skip: yes it is.

Karra: under running water. The tap is running, you put your hands underneath. Shake them dry.

Velvet: you don't dry them with a towel?

Karra: after you've flicked your fingers off, but when you do that, you're flicking off the last residue of the energy and it's very important because.....

Russ: oh that's sure true.

Karra: yes.

Skip: uh-huh.

Karra: it should be natural to do that....

Velvet: okay.

Karra: and then you can dry your hands on a cloth.

Velvet: thank you, you've helped me a lot and I learned a lot.

Karra: okay, now, what's the most important thing to remember as a healer?

Velvet: wash your hands after....

Karra: no.

Velvet: oh.

Karra: is it good, am I doing what is right?

Velvet: oh yeah, I keep forgetting that.

Karra: remember that.

Russ: don't worry, it comes with practice.

Karra: okay, any questions on healing?

Russ: yeah, I have a question period........

Karra: okay?

Russ: not so much healing. Let me get this straight...

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: there are billions of people in the world....

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: whose heart's beat, right?

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: and there's trillions throughout the galaxies whose heart's beat.

Karra: yes.

Russ: and zillions of animals and insects.....

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: whose heart's also beat.

Karra: yes.

Russ: and in trees and planets, there's awareness.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: okay, and all of that is connected to us, right?

Karra: uh-huh. I don't believe we've been introduced, have we?

Velvet: no, that's Shane, my big brother.

Karra: is a pleasure to meet you Shane.

Russ: that's Karra, Shane.

Velvet: Karra, I have a question.

Karra: let us finish Russ' question first.

Velvet: I will.

Karra: okay, Russ?

Shane: hi Karra.

Karra: greetings. Sorry, sorry Russ.

Russ: okay. So basically, we're all connected to everybody and everything throughout the galaxies and our planet?

Karra: yes, kind of. You are aware of them and they are aware of you. Even if you're not aware of them on a conscious level, subconsciously you are.

Russ: right.

Karra: because everything gives off a life energy that is at one time living or has awareness.

Russ: okay so in healing, when you're working with people it's important to remember things like that, that you don't become cut off from them.......

Karra: that's right.

Russ: so that you can get more into the healing.

Karra: uh-huh, yes.

Russ: I understand.

Karra: okay.

Skip: okay, now I have a question.

Karra: I believe the young lady is first.

Skip: go ahead.

Velvet: is my brother a healer too?

Karra: no, he's not.

Velvet: good.

Karra: uh-huh, because four healers in one household would be a little too much for anybody, even us on......

velvet: three healers would be enough?

Russ: what's Shane?

Karra: he's an astral traveler.

Russ: oh, that's right.

Skip: that's right, he travels.

Karra: now Skip?

Shane: it's not easy.

Russ: I know.

Skip: the American Indians or North Continent Indians...

Karra: uh-huh.

Skip: they call them American Indians, have made the comment down through the history of them that they're the only human beings. Is this just their belief?

Karra: it's just their belief. Now you had a question?

Shane: yes.

Velvet: you can ask me the question.

Shane: will I get building?

Karra: yes, you do have a little bit of an engineering talent and there is an engineer that you can learn from and he doesn't live that far away from you.

Shane: who's that?

Velvet: our grandpa.

Karra: uh-huh. And there is another engineer you don't get to talk to very much and she is a very talented engineer.

Shane: Tia.

Karra: no.

Velvet: Kiri.

Karra: Karra....uh, Kiri.

(Russ breaks out in laughter)

Karra: my own name, my own sister, I apologize.

Russ: well you're not going to see many goof ups like that.

Karra: you got me totally confused.

Velvet: oh okay, I know the difference.

Skip: well the two of you talking at the same time sure don't help.

Velvet: Karra is a healer and Kiri irritates Russ.

Karra: she does irritate Russ from time to time, yes, Kiri does.

Russ: well, we both go at it with each other a lot, so we try to irritate....

Velvet: sister-in-law, right?

Karra: sisters actually.

Russ: yeah, but she's my sister-in-law.

Velvet: I meant Russ'.

Karra: yes, Kiri is Russ' sister-in-law, she's my younger sister.

Velvet: so it's Russ'.........okay, that's why she teases you all the time. What about Tia?

Karra: Tia is.....

Velvet: best friends of Kiri.

Karra: co-wife.

Velvet: huh?

Russ: you could say....

Karra: yeah, they're best friends.

Velvet: well I think that Tia and Mark are married.

Karra: yes.

Velvet: main souls.

Karra: uh-huh. They're triplet souls.

Velvet: triplet, what does that mean?

Karra: it's like twins, three.

Shane: triplets means three of the same parents.

Velvet: who, Kiri, Tia and.....

Karra: Mark, yeah. Okay, now I'm going to have to hop off.......I'm sorry?

Shane: oh, nevermind.

Karra: okay. Russ, see you later.

Russ: yes, you got it my babe.

Karra: okay.

Velvet: it was nice talking to you Karra.

Karra: it was nice talking to you too and it's a team effort at the moment.

Shane: nice meeting you.

Karra: nice meeting you too, it's a pleasure as always.

(Tia gets an opportunity to try marshmallows for the first time)

Russ: hi Tia.

Tia: marshmallows.

Shane: would you like one?

Russ: give her one.

Tia: yeah.

Shane: I'll give you a couple of them.

Tia: oh two of them, oohhhh, I'm honored.

Velvet: jumbo marshmallows.

Tia: they make funny sounds.

Skip: they're what?

Russ: they make funny sounds.

Velvet: they make funny sounds.

Skip: oh.

Tia: can't taste anything, unfortunately.

Skip: doggone it.

Velvet: at least Mark can.

Tia: they're soft.

Skip: yes.

Tia: now I've got a message relayed from Kiri and it is a discussion on dude, the term dude.

Shane: hmm?

Velvet: ahh, what?

Skip: what?

Tia: well, she wanted to discuss the term dude or rather make a statement, it's part of her routine she's been working on. She's noticed that dude can be used in several ways. There's duuude, which is a greeting. And then there is duudddde, which is woah, that's cool. And then there's duuudddde, which is oh boy, you've messed up big time. Okay, that was her routine.

Russ: how about duuude? Which is a question mark?

Tia: yes. See, that's four, that's one she didn't think of. And then she would say duuuuude. They sound all the same, don't they?

Russ: yeah, it's inflection.

Tia: yeah. You see my language has a lot of inflection.

Skip: uh-huh.

Tia: for example, freoow, means hello.

Skip: yeah.

Tia: freeoow, means goodbye.

Skip: uh-huh.

Tia: but it's such a little, tiny inflection.

Skip: uh-huh.

Tia: and then there's feooww, which also means goodbye and then there's freeooww which is in actual fact a bad word to say.

Skip: uh-huh.

Tia: putting it politely, basically it means go and eat my shorts.

Skip: uh-huh.

Russ: yeah I know, I get it a lot. Anyway Velvet, you had a question?

Tia: yes, you did, sorry.

Begala: how much more minutes is it?

Tia: probably about 7 1/2 in my estimate.

Velvet: okay.

Tia: and we have one last person.

Russ: soon as that tape clicks off you can.

Tia: yes, we have one last person.

Velvet: okay.

Russ: we better put her on then.

Tia: yes, she's getting a little bit anxious.

(Alana has time to spend with the group channeling)

Alana: hello. Yes, I sound my mother don't I?

Velvet: yes you do.

Alana: uh-huh, my mother is Karra. My name is Alana and I believe we've met once before Skip.

Skip: I think we have.

Alana: yes, and I don't think I've met this young lady.

Velvet: no, it's my only second time.

Alana: and I've been told her name is Velvet and not the other name.

Velvet: Velcro.

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: hi Shane, this is Alana.

Alana: hello Shane.

Shane: hello.

Alana: yes, I am what you would call a marine biologist.

Velvet: isn't biologist study of life?

Alana: that's right and marine is water.

Shane: so you swim like a lot?

Alana: that's right, I'm a great swimmer.

Russ: she mostly studies dolphins.

Alana: uh-huh, yes. You want to know about.......

Russ: yes, I want to know about.......oh dang, that's right, you can't use your eyes.

Alana: no.

Russ: can Kiri help you out?

Alana: no, we tried before in the past if you remember and.....

Russ: oh yeah, that's right, it doesn't work. That's alright, it's nothing important anyway. Just about the Sirian language, spelling, and I'll.......

Alana: yes.

Russ: oh well, that was my only question I had for tonight anyway.

Alana: oh, okay.

Russ: how are you my love?

Alana: I'm fine.

Russ: this is my other wife by the way.

Alana: it's a little bit complicated, mistress.

(Russ laughs hard at that)

Velvet: a daughter and a wife?

Alana: it's complicated.

Russ: no, it's not my daughter, it's Karra's daughter.

Alana: uh-huh.

Velvet: oh, daughter.

Alana: yes, I'm old enough to be Russ' sister.

Russ: uh-huh. It's a long story....

Skip: uh-huh.

Russ: we'll go over it sometime........

Velvet: I know, you can have two wives in their dimension.

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: right.

Alana: or, if I wanted, I could have two husbands. On our planet we've cleaned up our gene pool, there is no longer negative genes that cause problems.

Shane: you have no sickness?

Alana: we have sickness. We have people that get colds, we have people that get flu, we have people that their bodies go wrong, but we don't have children that are.....

Shane: handicapped?

Alana: yes, that are handicapped.

Russ: well see, they're more advanced than we are.

Alana: we weeded it out.

Russ: scientifically more......like say for example, we lived back in the pioneer days, right? When we didn't have stoves or TV, not yet, and then we see a culture that has not only stoves and TV's, but they have computers and microwaves and stuff. And we're going, "whoa", that's advanced. And that's what they are to us.

Alana: uh-huh.

Shane: well, they must have more life then.

Russ: well, they're older, they have much more experience than we do.........

Alana: yes.

Russ: we're very young race compared to them.

Alana: uh-huh.

Velvet: do they stay young?

Russ: oh yeah.

Velvet: do you guys stay young?

Alana: yes, uh-huh.

Shame: for how long?

Alana: normally, it lasts about I should say about 300 years before we need to be rejuvenated.

Russ: they can live for a thousand years.

Alana: yes.

Russ: but see their technology is such that after 300 years when their body starts getting older, they just have a rejuvenated back to say 18 or so.

Alana: thank you.

Russ: yes, I know.

Shane: can I be ten?

Alana: no.

Russ: no, that's too young. But 18 or so, and you start over again back to 600.

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: and you get rejuvenated and back up to 900 or a thousand.

Shane: how come you can't start over again?

Russ: nah, that would be boring.

Alana: uh-huh, having to go through school all over again?

Russ: potty training?

Velvet: you'd be getting spanked pretty much.

Alana: actually, you return....

Russ: after you've been three hundred years old, you don't want to be spanked for anything.

Alana: no, and you can't be rejuvenated to a juvenile or a prepubescent individual due to the fact of that the cranium problem is that you keep your brain and your memories and to rejuvenate that back to a child....

Russ: yeah, you need the same sized brain.

Shane: do you remember your teaching?

Alana: my teaching?

Russ: well she hasn't been rejuvenated yet.

Alana: no.

Russ: but she would.

Alana: I'm just a youngster.

Russ: yeah, she has even reached....

Shane: how old are you?

Alana: 35?

Russ: in her years she's 35, but she looks 18.

Alana: oh thank you. Now, my grandfather has currently gone in for rejuvenation.

Russ: how old is Tanaxa anyway?

Alana: I don't know, you'd have to ask Karra.

Russ: sort of like 500 or 600 I think?

Alana: no, I don't think he's quite that old.

Russ: oh.

Alana: I think he would go back more to the age of about 30.

Russ: he's getting married.

Alana: uh-huh, yes.

Russ: and his wife's real young.

Skip: that would be nice.

Alana: uh-huh, it is very nice.

Russ: her grandfather.

Skip: hey, can I do that?

Alana: if you want, we can get a UFO down.......and I'm joking.

Skip: can I do that?

Alana: sure, do you want to be eighteen again?

Skip: or thirty.

Alana: thirty, yeah. It's a nice age, I like being thirty.

Velvet: when you die, do you go in a dimension?

Alana: you go to a point where you rest. Your spirit.....

Skip: I'll be 62 this year.

Alana: and Karra's going.......I love this cat......going, "snot nosed kid".

Skip: yeah, I know, but our people don't think that way.

Alana: no. The most important rule to not aging is in here.

Russ: right. See up there, see if we got to be say a hundred years old, and we rejuvenate ourselves back to say twenty years old, well where would you be even still like twenty years old here on earth with all its problems and everything? Up there, they don't have all these problems that we've got.

Alana: uh-huh.

Shane: they don't have gangs.

Russ: right, they don't have gangs or nothing, right. So.....they don't even have money. So they rejuvenate from three hundred back to twenty.....

Shane: so how do they get stuff then?

Alana: trade services.

Russ: trade services.

Shane: so they trade their things for other things?

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: uh-huh.

Alana: for example....

Velvet: what if they have nothing?

Russ: well, you have skills.

Alana: yeah.

Russ: you can build stuff or heal people or something, that's a skill.

Velvet: I'm a healer.

Russ: right. See, you could get food for being able to heal people.

Alana: yes, and what Kiri does is, she also designs clothing. And what she will do is she will design for the beach areas swim gear and her designs are very popular and very well sought after. So she gets the fabric from somebody that she will give, let's say five swimsuits to that person to do with whatever they wish to do with them and they in turn give her the fabric to make let's say a hundred.

Skip: uh-huh.

Alana: and she designs a hundred, and makes them, and she sends them off and she gets things that she wants in return.

Russ: plus a lot of people up on Hades Base work on Hades Base. Some of them work on helping protect Earth, some of them help in various services up on Hades Base to keep everything running well.

Alana: and some of us work on studying lifeforms for general knowledge, and others design things, and other people analyze what's going on on your planet.

Russ: right.

Velvet: so Russ, don't you have two children that come from Hades or something?

Russ: three children. I also have a child with Alana here called Miranda, a daughter.

Velvet: you have David and Michael...

Russ: David and Michael, right.

Velvet: they're twins.

Alana: yes.

Shane: what's your deepest ocean?

Alana: on my home planet, the deepest ocean is 39,000 of your feet.

Russ: but up on Hades Base they have a lake which she works at called Lake Dolphin.

Alana: yes.

Skip: that's about six miles. Okay....

Alana: uh-huh?

Skip: we're going to have to start cutting this down if we can if you don't mind.

Alana: okay, certainly.

Velvet: I have one more.....

Skip: we have to head down the hill.

Alana: anyway....

Russ: Velvet?

Velvet: I have one more question before we leave.

Alana: okay?

Velvet: I was going to ask you your highest mountain, because our highest mountain in the whole entire world is Mount Everest. What is yours?

Alana: oh cricky, I don't know, I very rarely used to go up into the mountains. Even though my family is from the highlands...

Shane: uh-huh.

Alana: so I really don't know. You'd have to ask....

Velvet: Mark.

Alana: Karra.....

Velvet: oh okay.

Alana: or Kiri.

Velvet: okay.

Alana: anyway, I'm going to have to put Mark down because Tia is pointing over to the monitor and he's down to about 20.....how many percent?

Russ: 20%?

Alana: 23 1/2% energy.......

Russ: okay.

Alana: which means he is getting very low on energy.

Russ: well thank you Alana.

Alana: okay.

Skip: thank you, it's nice talking to you.

Alana: uh-huh, nice talking to you guys too.

Shane: bye.

Alana: bye.

Russ: bye love.

Shane: thank you.

Russ: see you later.

(Tia finishes up the very little of tape left)

Tia: okay, well we're going to wrap up the channeling session as we're getting down to low level on energy.

Russ: okay, low level on tape too, so....

Tia: okay. Well, the tape's almost over anyway.

Russ: right.

Tia: so, we'll see you guys later.

Skip: thank you.

Shane: thank you.

Tia: farewell.

Russ: bye Tia.

Skip: good night.

Tia: got to get rid of them, otherwise it messes up Mark's energy when he comes back.

(Ed. note: some cats on the futon)

Tia: bye.

Skip: bye.

Velvet: bye.
