Shield Training and Negative Feedback Loops-

Channeled (10/27/1994)

Front Page

Archivist Notes: For May, the channeling session from the members of Ashtar Command is unique in several ways. The first is that the members are only three and it's just composed of Omal, Korton, and Tia. Another is that it's only a 60 minute tape instead of the usual 90. As we get started on our summary, Omal reminds me of our schedule of the night which would be wrapping up shielding training that had been going on since the first week we began the channeling sessions. Before we dive into that training we we go through a question and answer period where the first subject covered is on farsighting which also included astral travel to the base. My recent practice have resulted in getting to the base only to find myself falling asleep once there. Omal had the suggestion to try both cutting down on external stimuli while increasing internal stimuli with either coffee or tea. We next go into the manifestation practice I had worked on earlier where I was using a technique Omal had me practicing calling negative feedback loop on a candle which was the center of my focus. To my surprise I ended up making a connection with a fire elemental and shared some energy with it as I was trying to manipulate the shape of the flame of the candle. The last subject before we get into the lesson was on Kirilian photography and its beginnings up to today. I was searching for any other options for seeing the aura. That brought us to the dissertation that would complete the training on shielding as this is where he was providing the details on the last two and hardest of the shielding levels. The first is called static shielding whereby a coating is applied around the shield that is made up of audio interference, television static, and the mental ability to hold both at the same time as well as the other shields being incorporated. The final level of shielding is called stacked shielding whereby a series of domes going over the regular shielding already in place. Each dome would be a percentage weaker than the one before it though the effort to get through it would act like impact barriers on a freeway. More of the force is absorbed the bigger the barrier. By the time an attacker gets to the main shields, they've already used up what energy they had. A key feature of the attack that would warrant such a defense is one from a group using the combined power of their minds in a meta-concert. He sketches out how such an attack would take place and finishes out the side by pointing out that such an arrangement would take the time needed to erect the shielding necessary so it would be in place at the time the final attack is launched. It explains why it was the final level of shielding as the mental acrobatics needed to have everything working in perfect conjunction would be helped with some practice against imaginary opponents ahead of time. On side two he would explain what to do in a worst-case scenario.

Side two starts much as side one ended. Omal finishes up his answer to what happens if you get ganged up on by a group of highly talented individuals working in conjunction enough to overwhelm your shields. Omal explains that there may need to be some mental healing afterwords but it may not be a fight you can win. Korton is ready to channel at that point so the speaker positions are switched but not the subject. Almost immediately, Korton launches into a quick quiz to see if I had retained the shielding knowledge they had been working on continuously. One regret of the night was that one of our friends down here named Bethany had not made it to the session though her attendance had been expected. After successfully passing Korton's quiz, he reveals the training we had been receiving had a secondary goal of being used at some time in the future to train others. This is that time some 30 years later. We move on to lighter matters which is where a person very familiar in the archives comes up in the conversation. I mention a tarot card reading I had done for a young lady of my acquaintance named Carrie and that I may be inviting her to an upcoming channeling session. To this point she hadn't spoken with  Korton or Ashtar yet. Little did we know how life-changing it would be for everyone involved both here and on the base over the years to come. Switching topics, we review my experiments with a negative feedback loop and he explains where I went wrong in incredible detail. His talent is communication and he use that talent to explain in easy terms how to resolve future experiments. An example of how he was able to simplify the process was to use the analogy of a drill. A small drill can set a channel to allow a larger drill to follow in its path to enlarge the hole. With the negative feedback loop and an ability such as manifestation, I had been essentially using a battering ram instead of a laser. Tia had finally shown up so Korton was obliged to step aside and let her finish out the channeling session. After his departure, Tia confirms some tips I had given her for her skiing had paid off. This is so early into our channeling sessions that Kiri was going through morning sickness with Alex and Tia not yet pregnant with the Cubs. As we've heard in recent sessions, those roles would be reversed with Tia going through an intense pregnancy. Our next topic is on astral travel and how I had been all of a sudden contacted mentally by Karra's daughter Klarra while I had been walking down the street. A bit of explanation on what was discussed, I had explained cars to her that had been passing by. I also worked with Tia about the fire elemental I had been in contact with and sought her help in how to proceed further or to discourage future interactions due to the problems that could arise from a fire Deva and the national forest in my backyard. We end things on a request from Mark that in the future when Tia and Kiri were both trying to channel through his body at once that they not fight over who was in control. With only three speakers, this session still ended up being one of our most informative.
In love, light, and wisdom as one,
Russ and Karra

TIA- Ring Mistress

1.)(0:00)- Omal covers the final steps to complete a set of shields for almost all situations. Before that, he offers some farsighting help and hears my account of how I was able to get in contact with a fire Deva.

1.)(0:00)- Omal gets a question on what happens if, despite having all your mental defenses in place, you still get overwhelmed by the attacking force. His advice, be ready to repair yourself from the ground up.
2.)(1:41)- Korton gives me a quick quiz to check my retention on the shielding training I had gone through prior to his exchanging ideas on the negative feedback loop practice where I made a new fire friend.
3.)(18:34)- Tia and I work on improving my astral travel capability and help with my sudden trips without warning to the base in my astral body when I least expect it. She also has advice about the fire Deva.

(Omal is the only speaker on this side)

Omal: good evening Russ.

Russ: good evening Korton, how are you this evening?

Omal: try again.

Russ: noooo. You guys are getting too good at this, Omal.

Omal: oh well, that's a miss.

Russ: you do this just on purpose. How are you this evening?

Omal: Moi?

Russ: Moi. Well, good to hear from you.

Omal: you're welcome. Good to be here.

Russ: well excellent.

Omal: live, from center stage.

Russ: well that's for sure.

Omal: big crowd tonight, huh?

Russ: oh yeah, crowd of one.

(Russ laughs at that)

Omal: my performances must be getting dull and tedious then. Have to spice things up like play around with electrical currents.

Russ: juggle fire perhaps.

Omal: want to be a master at moving this body around.

Russ: fair enough.

Omal: okay, have you any questions for me before we get into the serious matter this evening?

Russ: okay, well I've got tons of questions but since we're working on farsighting tonight, I'll ask....

Omal: umm, that's in a few days. If you remember, the scheduling was for farsight last time, shielding this time.....

Russ: oh.

Omal: look through your notes.

Russ: let's see, Friday oh, final capability of shielding.

Omal: correct. But you have questions concerning farsighting?

Russ: yes. Number one then, how do you manage to avoid the sleep phase of farsighting?

Omal: me, personally?

Russ: oh, I'm sorry, I do I avoid the sleep phase of farsighting?

Omal: by keeping yourself......stimulate yourself beforehand so you have an energy flow and it seems that he still has this cold to contend with.

Russ: almost gone.

Omal: good.

Russ: it's almost gone.

Omal: okay, first of all, you get yourself active and then you relax. Get the adrenaline flowing?

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: and then you relax and you can have something like a cup of coffee or a cup of tea or......

(Omal begins sorting through some of the thoughts running through Mark's brain)

Omal: hmm, she had a few aircraft of some kind?

Russ: dastardly Huns.

Omal: dastardly Huns? Explain Hun.

Russ: that would be the German fighters of World War II and the bombers that are part of the computer game that we play a lot.

(A game Mark, myself and Bethany had been playing)

Omal: oh. Okay, maybe.........accessing.......Hawker Hurricane?

Russ: yeah, that's the one.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: but my problem is when I stimulate myself with coffee or tea.....

Omal: you have a problem of still being aware of your body here?

Russ: right. Like it's either one or the other. If I go to a point like tonight....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: where I disassociated myself from my body completely, got myself to Hades Base and promptly fell asleep.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: but when I drink tea or coffee or I get stimulated and I go farsighting.....

Omal: you're aware of your body.....

Russ: yeah, I farsight fine but I cannot separate the two.

Omal: hmm.

Russ: conundrum.

Omal: yeah. Have you tried the deep breathing technique?

Russ: yeah, I've tried the deep breathing, I've tried the switches.....

Omal: what about the chakras?

Russ: tried the chakras.

Omal: hmm, possibly it's just that you need practice. Shutting down as much stimuli around you as possible such as decrease the amount of lighting.....

Russ: that's where my problem comes in. See, that's what I did tonight.

Omal: yeah.

Russ: and it's so close to the same phase I use to induce sleep.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: that my body says good night.

Omal: yes, that is a little bit of a problem.

Russ: but I'm going to keep working on it.

Omal: yes.

Russ: I haven't given up this.

Omal: don't give up.

Russ: I won't. It's my goal for life and I will get this down.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: but I'm not too patient with myself. I rush things.

Omal: can you explain why the channeler has a little bit of nervousness and apprehension?

Russ: well he had questions about parts of the tape where Tia and Kiri were fighting to get control of his body there and he wanted me......

Omal: I don't think it's that.

Russ: okay. You got me.

Omal: no, we will try to get hold of him and ask him about it.

Russ: okay, fair enough.

Omal: okay, next question.

Russ: okay. Working this evening or a little earlier this afternoon on manifestation?

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and I thought you might like this information.

Omal: okay.

Russ: got in contact with a fire Deva this evening.........

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and used a negative feedback loop continuously which ran through my right arm to inspire a fire.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and it worked. The fire came up and at which point I was contacted by, I guess you would call it an entity of the fire......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: which gave its name and used my energy to build a little bit more fire and we kind of were in symbiosis?

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: I guess you could say and it is quite enlightening and comforting and loving.

Omal: presumably this was when you were lighting a fire earlier on this afternoon?

Russ: right.

Omal: uh-huh. Around about fourish?

Russ: right. You would've seen a bunch of metaphysical activity just go up the wall.

Omal: yeah.

Russ: in which case I was listening to "Tubular Bells" on the headphones.

Omal: okay, hold on. Oh, recent memory.

Russ: right, we just made it.

Omal: ahh, okay. You wish me to say what I was going to say or were you going to explain first?

Russ: no, go ahead.

Omal: it's just that Korton told me that it was filed deep and that he couldn't access it when he tried and yet it is sitting here right on the top.

Russ: right. I just bought the tape today.

Omal: ahh.

Russ: and just before we started the session I played a section of it for Mark so that....

Omal: Spanish guitar.

Russ: Spanish guitar, glockenspiel.....

Omal: what is......?

Russ: a Spanish guitar would be a six string instrument with a wider body than most guitars that gives it a more deeper sound.

Omal: okay, glockenspiel.

Russ: it's like a large xylophone Mark explained to me.

Omal: uh-huh, okay. Well, we will access the rest of it at a later date.

Russ: right.

Omal: okay.

Russ: but the rest of the tape I used to get get the loop going.......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: to inspire me. And at that point, energy coming out of my hand was so hot.......

Omal: yes.

Russ: it was almost to a point of uncomfortableness but not quite.

Omal: uh-huh, and you were using a negative feedback loop?

Russ: right, but not sending it back into my third eye.

Omal: yeah, but now you are aware of the capability of the negative feedback loop.

Russ: absolutely.

Omal: and have you been scared by it?

Russ: no. It was a dramatic breakthrough, I loved every second of it.

Omal: be warned, it can be dangerous.

Russ: I'm warned, I'm playing with it very carefully.

Omal: carefully, yes. As we once said to you about the channeler with his manifestation capability concerning setting fire to something accidentally, perhaps you ought to to purchase a fire extinguisher.

Russ: might be an idea but what was interesting, well the entity that I contacted.........

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: was every bit as elemental of fire as I could get.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: the whole persona....

Omal: yeah.

Russ: was fire like.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: his name is Ember or its name is Ember.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and one minute it's there not living and the next minute it's brought into light in full glory and then back to its namesake.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: it was sort of neat.

Omal: okay, it's very informative, as we will file that for study.

Russ: okay. I assume other elementals can be contacted similarly?

Omal: yes.

Russ: with work.

Omal: with practice and skill and determination.

Russ: I got all that.

Omal: okay.

Russ: alrighty, on to work.

Omal: next question.

Russ: ahh, on auras.

Omal: okay.

Russ: I am currently reading a book called the human aura.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and in fact it's a two books that I'm reading now. One is on the human aura, one is Navy SEAL's. Which is not to be confused with the mammal...

Omal: ahh, okay.

Russ: this is a special, elite.....

Omal: ahh, special, elite service keen on planting limpet mines?

Russ: correct.

Omal: blowing things up from under water?

Russ: right, demolitions and the other.

Omal: uh-huh, okay.

Russ: and through reading this, have given me an almost military training style to.....

Omal: help destroy things.

Russ: no, how to approach my studies.

Omal: ahh, you're setting up a regimen for studying.

Russ: right, but with a kind of an aggressive, get to it, don't laze around, work, work, work.

Omal: go for it type of thing.

Russ: right, that kind of thing.

Omal: what was it Korton said, do or do not attitude?

Russ: right. Do or do not so that's the attitude I'm embracing here and this book is definitely helping. The other book I got on the aura was describing how to see the aura through a book written back in 1920 by an author named Kilner.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and he was using a coal tar dye called dicyanin

Russ: yeah.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: which he would put on an alcohol base on a screen which would give the eye an ultraviolet kind of look.

Omal: I thought you said that he was almost over it?

Russ: he was, according to him. I'm going by his information. But my question is...

Omal: that's interesting, okay, carry on.

Russ: right, my question is,
dicyanin became unavailable after the first world war due to the fact it became unavailable.

Omal: yeah.

Russ: and then other methods were used....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: leading up to today's Kirilian photography.

Omal: yes.

Russ: wondering if there is a way of seeing the aura using artificial means that has not been explored lately since all the books I can find on it are out of date as far as what's known or current?

Omal: you could try looking in libraries at universities.

Russ: okay.

Omal: next question.

Russ: that's it, ready for work.

Omal: okay, shielding capabilities.

Russ: right.

Omal: you know that it is not very often as I handle this.

Russ: I know, I'm a little surprised actually.

Omal: but I have been instructed. Okay, first of all we will take a look at static screening.

Russ: okay.

Omal: okay. Now this is a mixture of visual and mental and audio. Your audio part of it is the sound of hissing, roaring white noise. The visual part of it is the white and black dots whizzing around on on a television screen?

Russ: correct.

Omal: and the mental part is generating this onto the outer part of the shield. You have this hissing, roaring noise and then you have all the dots whizzing around on the outside as if being projected onto the screen.

Russ: okay.

Omal: the way to do this is having constructed your shields, you must visualize and also hear it so that it is more work than just visualizing because your shields do not make any noise. By visualizing and hearing the hiss and the roar and seeing the dots whizzing around, you get to be able to construct this over your screen as a final touch.

Russ: hmmm.

Omal: it's projected from the mind to a central point which then, due to its nature, disperses it over all of the shield.

Russ: hmm, kind of like a paintbrush hitting a water spot.

Omal: yeah and it spreads out and covers the whole entire shield.

Russ: okay, and so with the shields spinning around becomes a massive backing.

Omal: uh-huh, cover you totally and the noise would confuse anybody trying to penetrate it. But it does take quite a bit of mind to generate it.

Russ: I'm surprised, it sounds easy.

Omal: there is a military analogy as you seem to be in that frame of mind that, in war, the hardest things are easy and the easy things are hard.

Russ: hmm. Now would this be on just my outer shields or would this be on......?

Omal: no, just the outer shield because it is projected out onto the outer shield.

Russ: so in other words like create like a pathway.....

Omal: no, it penetrates through your inner and central shield to your outer shield.

Russ: okay.

Omal: it is like an umbilical cord almost.

Russ: oh.

Omal: and then from there it spreads out.

Russ: okay.

Omal: you have to keep it constantly supplied with energy so that it runs the static sound and the static visual effect all the time. This is the mental part of it.

Russ: so does it become automatic like your screens do?

Omal: no, you have to keep it running. It is a thing that you add in certain situations.

Russ: ohhh. Now how serious is a situation going to be called for where this would be needed?

Omal: this is up to your own discretion. It is for you to choose and decide when it is necessary.

Russ: I mean is there a particular situation to look for? For example, I feel someone pecking on my shields, that wouldn't be enough to do it.

Omal: it is for you to decide.

Russ: okay.

Omal: maybe the more frequently you use it, the more comfortable you can be with it.

Russ: okay.

Omal: it is a pity that the young lady is not present because I'm sure that she would have some input on this.

Russ: I'm sure she would. So that's the tough part though.

Omal: yeah.

Russ: that it has to be kept up constantly and it's not automatic.

Omal: no, it's not automatic. You don't switch it on and increase its energy automatically. It is switched on by your mind when you need it but it must be ready to be used whenever.

Russ: okay, would this be something, since we're on a military frame of mind, whereby a code word would be handy to switch it on?

Omal: no, no. You have to visualize it and hear it. You cannot say banana and you have it. You have to visualize it, the whole entire process. From the start to the finish where it covers your shields and then you have to keep it running.

Russ: hmm, okay.

Omal: okay?

Russ: now yet at this point where I think Bethany would have some trouble with it, it would be to the exclusion of all of your thoughts?

Omal: almost.

Russ: okay.

Omal: why did you turn and look at the chair when you said that?

Russ: because that's where she would normally be.

Omal: that's true.

Russ: instinct I suppose.

Omal: hmm, okay.

Russ: okay.

Omal: next part of this discussion today is stacked screening. We were going to go into meta-concert screening but alas, as you said, no loss.

Russ: okay. Now question real quick.

Omal: okay.

Russ: Mark and I were discussing the possibility of using stacked and meta-concert shielding which is two people.

Omal: this would work but we would need to refine it.

Russ: we might have to.

Omal: yes, we might. It is that it would be a very primitive form of meta-concert. Meta-concert as a word suggests concert is a group of people. Two is not a group. Three is just a group. More than three is a group but we digress.

Russ: well if we had at least two with a primitive form...

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: at least then at that point we can start teaching a third or fourth.

Omal: correct. Okay but back to stacked screening. Stacked screening is quite simple but it is a long-winded process. To explain it is also simple but to achieve it it takes a little bit more work. That is why it is on a higher level than a level V.

(The level V discussed is a from this lesson on the levels:

Russ: oh.

Omal: okay, the way it works is this. You have your shields up and running and the situation is that you are under an aggressive attack. You coat your shields with the static, then you place over that a dome that would be enough for you to sit in and to cover your outer shields.

Russ: okay.

Omal: you visualize the density and the depth of it as you would with your regular screens. Then, you stack another screen over the top of that with a space of three or four inches and again visualize that shielding created, the density and the depth of it plus your first part of the stacked shielding. Then you can add as many layers as you wish depending on the situation but remembering that the more that you stack on it the weaker the outer ones will get so if you have two, let's say the first one is at 100%, the next one is at 90, the next one after that is at 75, and then 50, then 20, then 5%........

Russ: right.

Omal: and so on until it is almost immeasurable. Okay?

Russ: okay.

Omal: all right. Now to recap on screening totally, it would be best to let Korton handle this.

Russ: okay.

Omal: we won't go to Korton straightaway as he is preoccupied at the moment. Unfortunately, I'm rather on my own here at the moment so we will fill in briefly whilst we wait the arrival of Korton.

Russ: okay.

Omal: let me see, we got to shielding, we got to farsighting.......

Russ: I've got a question for you.

Omal: okay.

Russ: once you have up your stacked shielding......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and your static screens.......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: that will pretty much tipoff whoever's trying to penetrate your capabilities.

Omal: correct, it is in a situation as I said of an aggressive attack.

Russ: right. Using a military form of defense here, would it be advisable possibly to use a deceptive type of shield?

Omal: no, not in this situation for the simple reason that if somebody is attacking you and you worked on a deceptive shield, it takes time to get it into position so that you can attack them and retaliate and so on or even to let them think that you have no capabilities whatsoever. The ability to be working on protecting yourself may make you vulnerable to other forms of attack that you were unaware of.

Russ: oh, I see.

Omal: so this is blatantly a beacon that shows your capability and tells them to back off, you're not to be fooled with.

Russ: ahhh. So don't bother anymore.......

Omal: yeah.

Russ: you've pretty much met your match.

Omal: well....

Russ: you can try anyway.

Omal: yeah, you can try to give that appearance. It is like a cat will inflate itself to look bigger.

Russ: right, bravado.

Omal: uh-huh, exactly. That flare of flamboyanceness.

Russ: that could be handy.

Omal: yeah. And if you can convince the person that you are that good, then maybe they'll sit back and scratch their heads and go, "hmmm, this guy isn't worth it, he's too good. If he can do this, maybe he can do serious harm to us".

Russ: right. Okay, so in other words, it might..........well now, let's say you put out five different stacked shielding.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: okay. And your fifth one is down about 20%.

Omal: correct.

Russ: someone coming at that is going to see this 20% shield....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and say, "piece of cake".

Omal: and then they're going to penetrate one that is about 50% and go, "hmmm, what's going on here?"

Russ: right.

Omal: and then if they penetrate that and then come across a 75% one, they're going to go, "ahhh".

Russ: now wouldn't that be a better idea than just putting out one that is 100% that they're going to throw everything against and try to get.....?

Omal: that is why stacked screening is used.

Russ: ahhh, excellent.

Omal: of course you have your regular shields underneath that.

Russ: right.

Omal: so even if they do penetrate, it would take a lot of work to penetrate it. And then they come across this inner shield which is strong but they cannot penetrate because they've exerted a lot of energy trying to penetrate these other shields.

Russ: so in other words, actually more than three or at least three.

Omal: at least three. That is why it is a sound that sticks on.

Russ: ahhh, because I was thinking you could put as many up as the situation demanded but.....

Omal: well it depends on the capability of your mind and how much energy you can generate.

Russ: right.

Omal: for example, if you were to compare yourself to a total novice, you could have a screen running at 1% which would be impenetrable for them.

Russ: but we're not going to be dealing with novices.

Omal: exactly. But you see what I'm saying?

 Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: it depends on the capability of the person. The person may think themselves extremely good at penetrating shields. Have a lot of knowledge that they believe is correct and then they hurl against the screen and they shatter their probe.

Russ: now I have a slight problem.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: that is the fact of premeditation.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and that is a fact that from what we're talking about here, I see a really good part where we could be caught totally unaware where only our personal shields are up and by the time we get up stacked shielding it's too late.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: I mean we're talking about using shields in anticipation for an attack which I don't see as being a very common thing as happening.

Omal: no, it doesn't happen very often but sometimes it is necessary. It is like..........looking for a military analogy that you might understand, to behave as if the war is an expectation. You will feel yourself in a situation where there is a lot of brooding and thought going on and somebody is rubbing at your regular shields that hasn't actually started to probe yet. They're just checking your shields out and normally what they do is they withdraw before they launch the assault.

Russ: so it's a meta-concert.

Omal: correct.

Russ: that's it.

Omal: correct.

Russ: I see. You'll get the probes from the point....

Omal: uh-huh, from the individual.

Russ: or the scouts as you might say.

Omal: correct. And then the grand assault will be launched which will give you that time. But we're not saying that this will happen. By the feeling that we perceive that you are expecting an attack almost imminently, this is the point.

Russ: no, no, no, but what I'm trying to get is a pattern.

Omal: uh-huh. You'll feel the probes, the first wave, the scouts probing your screens, seeing what strength it is and then they will retreat back to report to again, a military analogy, to report back to the general to say, "the premises are in place, they're laid out blah, blah, blah, blah", and then they will turn around and attack.

Russ: fast attack.

Omal: correct. And of course if you have your stacked screens up, you're going to confuse them by a considerable amount even before they launch the assault because A, the information that they received is now incorrect.

Russ: right.

Omal: so therefore their assault would be disorganized and break down pretty rapidly.

Russ: ah-hah. Now, problem........

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: okay, we're talking about dealing with three at the minimum and probably more.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: now that's assuming all the elements are in place.

Omal: correct.

(Omal continues with the conversation)

Russ: okay so, how to get the extra elements in place or, if you find yourself being suddenly probed by a point attack......

Omal: yeah.

Russ: and you can't get the rest of your meta-concert on in a moments notice say.....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: just throw up whatever you can?

Omal: that might not be a good idea. It may be necessary to, looking for an analogy, cowardicy is the better part of valor.

Russ: runaway, runaway, fight another day.

Omal: correct.

Russ: how do you runaway though? I mean if they're going to be coming at you, there's nowhere to run.

Omal: you can retreat within yourself, within your mind and hold out. They may probe you but you have that......basically it's shut down. Shut down time. Just let them ransack your mind. You can reconstruct your mind if necessary, self-healing.

Russ: right.

Omal: it is a painful and long-winded process to go through but that's the way it works. Okay, we now have Korton here.

Russ: okay.

Omal: okay? We will now hand over to Korton.

Russ: right, thank you Omal,
I appreciate your help.

Omal: you're welcome.

(Korton: is the second main speaker of the night)

Korton:: greetings and felicitations Russ.

Russ: greetings Korton.

Korton: okay, now, it sounds as if you've just had a tough time.

Russ: yes I have.

Korton: okay, we will deal with that shortly.

Russ: right.

Korton: okay, now to recap on all the things that you have learned. You have learned communication through your screens, correct?

Russ: right.

Korton: you have learned how to activate your screens instantaneously.

Russ: right.

Korton: you have learned how to increase the energy to them.

Russ: correct.

Korton: you have learned how to rotate and change them.

Russ: uh-huh.

Korton: you have learned how to start to add static to your screens.

Russ: yeah.

Korton: and also, if I'm correct, you've just learned about stacked screening.

Russ: right.

Korton: okay.

Russ: for the last two yeah, they're just fresh now.

Korton: yes, they're fresh in your memory. Now, communication with somebody else through screening there is a probe, correct? You send a probe out through your screens at the person you wish to communicate with.

Russ: right.

Korton: okay? Now tell me how do you change and rotate your shields?

Russ: you mean change to aggressive?

Korton: yes.

Russ: drop instantaneously to aggressive from defensive.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: and I rotate them in the same way that you rotate the defensive shields.

Korton: good.

Russ: only that with your aggressive shields you're a bit more malleable.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: and they can expand and contract as needed.

Korton: okay. Explain sensitivity of your shields.

Russ: that would be your outer shields being able to ascertain any incoming emotions, energies, or thoughts, block but filter into your inner ones so you get an idea of what it is that's hitting your outer shields.

Korton: okay. How do you deal with somebody that is sending emotional disturbances at you?

Russ: you would basically strengthen all shields to your max.

Korton: okay. It seems you retain the information well. We would like to ask Bethany but alas, she is unavailable. Okay? Now, you seem to have retained a lot of information, this is good. Okay, we will now, as most of the session is concerned with shielding and recapping on the various processes and stacked screening, we will now proceed to more lighter matters.

Russ: one quick question though.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: back to what we were discussing before you just came in.....

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: what the heck kind of attacks are we expecting here? Meta-concert attacks....?

Korton: any form of attack.

Russ: it sounds like an all-out war. I mean we're talking about......

Korton: no, no, no, you're not being used as pawns in a war. You're not in a situation that could be harmful to you at present. It is necessary to teach you these techniques for the evolution of your minds.

Russ: ahh, I see.

Korton: it is necessary for you to retain it possibly in a written form or on recorded form for posterity and to teach other people.

Must: okay.

Korton: but there again you may have to use them.

Russ: all right, it sounded like it might not be imminent but in the years to come.......

Korton: in the years to come, something is possible. We cannot perceive that far ahead.

Russ: okay, good. I was thinking maybe you could perceive that far ahead.

Korton: and preparing you as if there was a war expected.

Russ: right.

Korton: it is possible but there again anything is possible.

Russ: and it just I wasn't sure exactly......

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: what kind of war we're talking about here?

Korton: it is necessary to be prepared for every eventuality.

Russ: okay.

Korton: to use an analogy that has been used in the past, a country that has no defenses will be eaten up by another country.

Russ: right.

Korton: it is the same with the mind. A mind that has no defenses that is operant will soon be eaten up by a more operant mind that does have defenses, a more aggressive type mind.

Russ: okay, I thought.......yeah.......

Korton: does this alleviate some of your worries that you had?

Russ: yes it did. I thought you were kind of being cognitive here in some forms.

Korton: some forms yes, but not into the future on a great scale.

Russ: oh good.

Korton: we can perceive a couple of weeks ahead at most. Mainly through analyzing the patterns of the past and comparing them to what knowledge we have and the behaviors of various groups?

Russ: all right, so this is a possibility though?

Korton: oh it is a possibility but as I said, anything is possible.

Russ: well for example there's, not that would affect us now here right in this room or in the future or ever, but is there groups working meta-concertly, aggressively against, that could be against someone else?

Korton: it is possible.

Russ: such as I guess black magic I suppose?

Korton: possible.

Russ: it wouldn't be this advanced?

Korton: no.

Russ: we're talking about something a little more advanced than black magic.

Korton: oh yes, some.....

Russ: under a higher consciousness.

Korton: correct.

Russ: I see.

Korton: the gray area in between primitive and extremely enlightened or high consciousness as well.

Russ: I see, okay. I'm clear now.

Korton: uh-huh. It just looks like it's going to be Omal and myself here for a little while.

Russ: oh, okay. I've got another tape just in case the kids came into the room.

Korton: the kids?

(Russ laughs)

Russ: the rowdy bunch.

Korton: yes, they are a bit crazy. Unfortunately, Kiri isn't feeling very well at the moment.

Russ: that's what I heard.

Korton: well, never having experienced anything like that, it is hard for me to understand but Kornas assures us that it's perfectly natural for her to feel uncomfortable. And since she has been told not to ski for a little while....

Russ: ohhh, her current problem.

Korton: yes, she is miffed about that more than anything else.

Russ: I believe it. All right, onto lighter matters.

Korton: okay.

Russ: one thing.....

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: were you happen to be monitoring a couple days ago a particular tarot card reading?

Korton: yes we were, but, proceed.

Russ: information on that directly relates to a teaching capability I guess, a mode I am falling into here sort of.

Korton: you too can be called the professor.

Russ: sometimes I can but this was in particular because she, out of everybody else I've ever met in this world, need shields more than anybody else I can think of.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: and so this was a mission of mercy if I had to say.

Korton: yes, we have talked with the young lady I believe.

Russ: yes you have, she's here all the time. But in her reading......

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: we saw the progression that had to be made right there from.....

Korton: yes, material to the spiritual.

Russ: correct. And in talking to her yesterday, apparently she's taken that very much to heart.

Korton: this is good.

Russ: one of those life-changing times.

Korton: well it would be nice would to be reintroduced to her.

Russ: well, if you like, I could bring her on to the next session, session on Tuesday.

Korton: well, we still have difficulty with what days you call things now.

Russ: right, well I mean on a session where one of our teaching sessions here.

Korton: oh yes.

Russ: will it be okay if she sat in maybe?

Korton: uh-huh. There is next month is the farsighting event.

Russ: right.

Korton: as soon as we come through we will assess the situation and decide on how great a detail things should be gone into.

Russ: okay.

Korton: for her understanding.

Russ: right. It's theoretical anyway if she can make it so we'll see what happens.

Korton: indeed.

Russ: okay, good. Umm, onto other matters.

Korton: okay.

Russ: as I was discussing with Omal.......

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: working on manifestation and fire.....

Korton: uh-huh, you enjoyed yourself with a volatile entity.

Russ: had a wonderful time.

Korton: uh-huh. But it basically relates to practicing a negative feedback loop.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: which......

Korton: Omal has warned you, has he?

Russ: he has warned me, yes and, my question is.......

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: that I used a form of........or I used a negative feedback loop before I went into that little thing with the entity......

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: and sent it into my third eye.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: into my left brain.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: I did not get very.........and there's a little pain but very minute, let's say.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: but my enhancements were definitely registered in my brain.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: so even though this isn't a complete negative feedback loop with pain......

Korton: yeah.

Russ: etc. included.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: is this still effective?

Korton: to increase one's capability you have to do drastic work. Not too much because you can harm the brain but, if you make a little fresh channel, that will make it a little bit more active. If you make a large gash, then there is too much energy coming through. So you have to create a precise sized channel which will be activated. This is the purpose of the negative feedback loop is that it goes down a particular channel which has been opened and enlarges it rather like using a small drill and then following it through with a larger drill to make a larger hole.

Russ: hmm, so what I did today was using a small drill.

Korton: correct.

Russ: oh okay. So I can anticipate hopefully make an impression with a larger hole.

Korton: correct.

Russ: now......

Korton: but you'll have to use a larger drill.

Russ: okay.. In the meantime though........

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: how much can safely be used? In other words, can I like then I was trying to practice every ten minutes type thing.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: keep working on it and working on it.

Korton: it is best to do space yourself a little bit more. Give you more time for the energies to recover and to build back up so that you can penetrate easier.

Russ: okay.

Korton: because when you did the first negative feedback loop, it was strong but unfortunately not strong enough. The second one was weaker and the third one was weaker still.

Russ: those ones I was using basically to work on the power over the entity.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: in other words, the first one kicked in really nicely....

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: and then the next ones I would just keep going a negative feedback loop and been feed it through my right arm.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: and give it, the fire, and the entity there energy.

Korton: but you see that it decreased, the energy level decreased because you weren't giving yourself enough separation time to recover.

Russ: yes, I did notice that. But it was effective for what I was doing.

Korton: yes. It would have been a lot more effective if you had given it a bit more time.

Russ: well, listening to the music I was into, was kind of the situation called for quick intervals.

Korton: are they still doing the research on the effects of music on various capabilities?

Russ: yes, and I don't know if Omal told you but we now currently have a file listed under "Tubular Bells".

Korton: yes, we were..........this was mentioned. Makes me look a little bit like the fool. I suppose I should be here all the time......

Russ: no, no,.

Korton: instead of being delayed.

Russ: no, I just got the tape today. You wouldn't even have known anything about this file until this afternoon, this evening.

Korton: correct.

Russ: no problem.

Korton: we have a young lady that has arrived.

Russ: oh. Oh good, I didn't expect that.

Korton: just one I'm afraid. We will not have the entertainment that you have had in the past.

Russ: that's all right, that was pretty crazy last time.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: anything else then for the time being?

Korton: do you have anything for me?

Russ: no, just that special, little memory I wanted to throw in there for you.

Korton: okay, we will access it and hold onto it.

Russ: okay, because that particular section that I listened to isn't in Mark's brain that I used for the negative feedback loop.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: it will be on our next session.

Korton: okay.

Russ: but I found it to be very effective in maintaining a loop in that the music kept on a negative feedback loop kind of beat.

Korton: uh-huh.

Russ: okay, so no prob.

Korton: we will hand over to this amusing, hovering young lady.

Russ: all right, thank you very much Korton.

Korton: I'm glad to have been able to communicate with you and I must return to continue my conversation with Kornas.

Russ: excellent, we'll see you next week then.

Korton: okay.

Russ: okay.

(Tia finally gets to the session to finish it off)

Russ: hi Tia.

Tia: hi. Getting a little bit better with my skiing.

Russ: did the trick with the heels work?

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: good, good, good.

Tia: slows me down quite a bit, I can't keep up with Mark and I don't have any competition other than Kiri.

Russ: well don't worry, I mean it comes have to get your control first.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: with the heels, turning with your heels you'll stop falling.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: when you stop falling you get more confidence and you start building up speed.

Tia: I'm still falling but not as frequently.

Russ: it'll go to nothing very quickly at this point.

Tia: hmm, okay.

Russ: because that's how I learned and that's worked really good for me. Yeah, and then at that point you build up technique.

Tia: you coming up?

Russ: I keep trying. This is a problem I was discussing tonight is the fact that the ability to disassociate my body from here and to get more solid up there is the same process I use to fall asleep by and so I fall asleep.

Tia: okay.

Russ: in other words I turn out the lights and I go through the previous....

Tia: how about using candles for lighting?

Russ: hmmm, you mean like Mark was doing at first?

Tia: yeah. And possibly music, a kind of gentle music. This would fit in with your studying on music and.....

Russ: ahhhhhh.

Tia: yes, I'm not just a dumb, strawberry blonde, am I?

Russ: you're not just a pretty face.

Tia: but I do have a pretty face.

Russ: but you do have a pretty face, yes. Candles and music.....

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: it's perfect.

Tia: glad to be of service. Works for me every time almost.

Russ: excellent, I will definitely use that.

Tia: uh-huh. And I'll use it for other things. Candles and soft music.

Russ: ahhh. Okay, it sounds almost romantic.

Tia: that wasn't what I was referring to.

Russ: oh.

Tia: I will be having a dinner shortly with Mark, just the two of us as Kiri is down with Kornas and Korton.

Russ: I hear she's not doing good.

Tia: uh-huh. I think it's something to do with morning sickness?

Russ: morning sickness indeed.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: mother's curse.

Tia: well she seems to be recovering okay from it.

Russ: well she's a strong girl.

Tia: uh-huh. Personally I don't think it was bothering her too much.

Russ: well everyone says that at first.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: whap, you're out like a light.

Tia: I'm as tough as them with all their years, you know? I might be short and young and pretty but I got a heart of steel.

Russ: I think you could handle it fine.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: good. Have you had a chance to review any of the surveillance going on when I've worked with a particular girl named Carrie?

Tia: a few. I have been focusing some of my most data processing on geological factors and historical information.

Russ: well Carrie is a girl here that I know that is as close to you as I can think of.

Tia: you mean she is, what's Mark say? Five foot two and fabulous?

Russ: something like that.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: she would if she had more happiness I think.

Tia: hmm.

Russ: she's quite a depressed lady and we did a card reading today and hopefully we switched her from the physical to the spiritual in her life.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: and so.....

Tia: well you know what I'm on about physical possession. I have very few physical things.

Russ: that's true, you don't need them. But I wanted to tell you she might be here next Thursday.

Tia: hmm.

Russ: we'll extend an invitation.

Tia: okay.

Russ: might get a chance to talk to her then.

Tia: uh-huh, we'd be honored.

Russ: good.

Tia: when you come up I'll keep your attention from wandering so you don't lose concentration and what's it?

Russ: fall asleep.

Tia: fall asleep?

Russ: yeah, crash out big time.

Tia: question?

Russ: hmm.

Tia: how can you fall asleep?

Russ: because I guess it's like you're falling into a black hole or something.

Tia: hmm. Strange way of describing going to sleep.

Russ: I've never exactly pictured it the way you just described it. It just falling asleep. Yeah, it's a term we use we don't understand I guess.

Tia: hmm.

Russ: like a lot of things we use.

Tia: well when you come up I'll take you and show you the ski slopes.

Russ: oh, I'm looking forward to it.

Tia: you might be able to astral ski.

Russ: hmm.

Tia: you can slide down the hills on your feet.

Russ: okay. I got a question for you. Normally I would ask the guys but I forgot so I'll ask you.

Tia: yeah.

Russ: on my farsighting.....

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: I'm getting to a point where I'm jumping instantaneously up there.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: it's like I could be walking down the street....

Tia: and all of a sudden you're here.

Russ: whap. Yeah, but I'm still walking down the street.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: it's not farsighteing per se.....

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: but it's still a communication link.

Tia: uh-huh. Like Klarra the other day communicating with you.

Russ: you heard that.

Tia: hmm, hmm, hmm.

Russ: surprised the heck out on me.

Tia: it was just a thing that most children do that they lose but that's the reason why we decided to keep Klarra is that with your capabilities and Mark's capabilities and mine and Kiri's and all the other people and of course Karra, it would be more beneficial for her education.

Russ: hmm.

Tia: instead of sending her elsewhere.

Russ: well she learned all about cars.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: can I expect this more often do you think?

Tia: she's inquisitive.

Russ: yeah.

Tia: her communication skills are still very....

Russ: that was very advanced.

Tia: you think so?

Russ: well that was almost a firm control.....

Tia: hmm.

Russ: a coercive control.

Tia: it takes practice.

Russ: from a baby.

Tia: well she's seven weeks old, she's a little bit ahead of where she should be.

Russ: a little bit?

Tia: well by the standards up here. She's not as advanced as some of the offspring that are around in the nurseries.

Russ: was she showing.....

Tia: there again, she's more advanced than others.

Russ: she got more advancement than I got.

Tia: uh-huh. What she has a mother that has a lot of interest in her.

Russ: well that's true.

Tia: more than her elder son sometimes.

Russ: by the way, do you guys have Devas and elementals up there?

Tia: from time to time but they're pretty much hard to control. Their free will leads them and sometimes they will cooperate and sometimes they won't cooperate so it's hard to work with them as they tend to be very playful.

Russ: hmm, because I ran into one today....

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: and got to become personally acquainted with.

Tia: figure out the attraction a bit and set up a area that would be a nice home for it to inhabit. It will hang around. It may get bored and wander off. They do like to have an environment that suits them.

Russ: hmm, so little energy expended that way might pay off.

Tia: oh yeah. They can be mischievous from time to time. So you have to keep them entertained. They normally get mischievous when you don't give them the attention that they want.

Russ: that's pretty bad because this is a fire elemental.

Tia: yes.

Russ: hmm.

Tia: hmm. Maybe it might be best to discourage him.

Russ: right.

Tia: as I said, they do get mischievous.

Russ: I don't suppose coercive control would work on them?

Tia: no, there's too much of a different mind.

Russ: right. Well, we'll let it hang out for a little while and watch it carefully.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: seemed friendly.

Tia: uh-huh. They are friendly if you give them the right sort of attention. They're like a young kitten. A young kitten can be very friendly and very affectionate and then claw your hand up.

Russ: right. Well it's good practice for me my PK and stuff.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: we'll see what happens when that Deva. It is kind of fun seeing it actually work.

Tia: uh-huh. You still haven't gotten him to get rid of this cold yet, have you?

Russ: he says is on the last legs of it.

Take: yeah, sure.

Russ: well it's what he says.

Tia: uh-huh. He has no sign of it so it's hard for me to judge but when I come through I can tell almost immediately. I can tell that the throat is horse?

Russ: right.

Tia: isn't that an animal?

Russ: spelled differently.

Tia: oh. With an a.

Russ: with an a, right. Yeah, it won't be there I think next Tuesday.

Tia: oh, I hope not, I hope not. Well he was wanting to go skiing so he's going to get in a lot of skiing. He's going to be skiing in two places at the same time probably.

Russ: right.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: and he wanted me to ask you real quickly.....

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: I guess the last time we met, Kiri was trying to jump into the body with you here....

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: and you said something like.....or something happened, you jerked and I said, "what was that?" And you said, "nothing important"

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: something about Kiri wanting to get in.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: it wasn't really important and....

Tia: it was just that she was distracting me and it was kind of interesting.

Russ: what he wants to be able to have a little more information when that happens so that.....

Tia: okay, we will cooperate.

Russ: oh, thank you. Not just say where......
